We are very dissatisfied with the service, the kitchen staff was very poor and rude, There are no basic hygiene items in the rooms, and money was stolen from our room. The only advantage was that it was close to the center

Beautiful hotel and rooms in a very nice location; super close to the metro which is cool. As an American, I didn’t feel that customer service was incredible but I think it’s more of a cultural thing than anything and no one was genuinely rude :)

Terribly rude staff. Booked through hotels.com using the option pay at hotel. I always use this. At least once a month. They take a credit card and then you pay at hotel. Always works perfect. This hotel immediately tried to charge me £398, then they tried to £240, then, £240, then £140. They then emailed telling me I have to pay or they will cancel. They said how can we trust customers to come. I said it’s a feature on hotels.com, I woke up to a rude email and my booking cancelled. Terrible staff.

L’albergo è in una posizione comoda anche se un po’ decentrata, perché c’è la fermata della metro Lepanto (linea A) a pochi metri e perché c’è possibilità di parcheggio sul posto, inoltre la zona è molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, l’albergo è molto pulito ma un po’ vintage nello stile e in qualche punto si vede avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Gli asciugamani sono sia in cotone sia in spugna, il corredo letto è molto semplice, non ci sono cuscini di ricambio e la televisione in camera offre pochi canali. La portineria è sempre presidiata. La colazione viene servita sul tetto, in una terrazza molto luminosa ma protetta dal vento e dal freddo con un rivestimento in plastica trasparente. Assortimento di torte, piccoli croissant, yogurt, pane e marmellata, pancake, uova e bacon, insomma un po’ tutto l’ assortimento desiderabile. E’ la seconda volta che andiamo perché prediligiamo tranquillità e posizione ad un arredamento più accattivante

Hotel 4 estrelas, mas 3 com dó... Não respondem email, não oferecem nenhuma cortesia, nenhuma alternativa de hospedagem. Café da manhã bem simples.

Great hotel...

Limited facilities but majority of the staff are awesome.

Rooms are great and roomy.

The location is really great for the price.

2023年の4月に新婚旅行で4泊。
地下鉄の駅から徒歩数分の交通の便の良い立地。バチカンにも歩いて行けるくらい近いのに周りは静かで、夜でもちゃんと落ち着ける。
ホテル自体も部屋の造りも、イメージしてた通りの歴史ある建物。ビンテージ好きな自分にとってはよだれ物でした。ただ、ビンテージってのは便利とか快適とは必ずしも相容れないもの。例えば部屋の換気はあんまり良くないし、シャワーの水圧も高くはない。一般的なホテルの快適さに慣れきってるのならやめておいたほうがいいかも。

天気がずっと良かったこともあり朝食会場も気持ちよく、ビュッフェの内容も日本人の自分にとってはどれも目新しく美味しかった。次ローマに行くことがあったらまた泊まりたい。

Le grand avantage de cet hôtel est son emplacement. Il est deux pas d’une station de métro, ce qui est très pratique. Pour le reste nous n’avons pas apprécié notre séjour. L’accueil est froid, l’hôtel désuet et il faut absolument éviter les chambres au sous-sol, comparable à une cave sans vue sur l’extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est également indigne d’un hôtel. Nous sommes tombés sur du jus d’orange et du lait périmés.

Great location, nice building, but obviliously it's not a 4 star, max 2-3. The breakfast was horrible, the roof it's like a glasshouse, everything was melting on the hot, the orange juice was smelly, flys everywhere, and the omlette was stone cold, we just were drinking coffee and tea, and eating breakfast at another place. Not worthy. The stuff was nice, and the dog at the reception was cute.
