J ai malheureusement perdu un proche, j avais pris une chambre pour une formation, j ai décidé d annuler effectivement tard je l ai réalisé à 18 h mais je voulais m y rendre sauf que je n' étais pas en état. J ai expliqué la situation demandant un arrangement car j' étais dans l incapacité d'honorer ma réservation au vu de la situation, je voulais même donner un justificatif pour prouver ma bonne foi. Pas de réponse juste une facturation de ma chambre alors que je me suis pas rendu. Pas un mot. Pas une solution. Vraiment déçu de ce comportement cela me donne pas envie d y aller aucune compassion !

I would give 0 stars if I could as as we were given the worst customer service possible from this hotel. We were unable to attend our booking due to a car accident on the travel to the city and was advised to not continue our trip for medical reasons. We tried to cancel our booking and thought there would be some understanding due to the nature of the cancellation but there was no sympathy at all! Took our money and we never even got there. I contacted booking.com who said it would be no problem to waive any cancellation policy and to refunded us all the hotel had to do was approve this and they refused. Simply outrageous to be ran in such a way, would not recommend a hotel like this to anyone.
