I had a carpaccio de poisson du moment, retour de chasse (main course) and dessert chocolate noir. They were delicious. I was surprised that the chef ran the kitchen by himself to serve 7 tables per night.

After traveling throughout Europe, L’ Original gave us our best meal. Two chefs serving servicing a small room and offering a thoughtful and curated menu with the right amount of options. We’ll be thinking about the meal for a long time and will be recommending it to any friends traveling to Bordeaux.
