L’Assiette should be on every list as a classic and comfortable restaurant with the best cassoulet in the city and a warm and welcoming staff. I think its the only time someone discouraged me from ordering a fine wine and recommended a much cheaper wine that would go better with the dish. And he was right! The crème caramel was amazing as well and all the desserts looked great.

Repas très bon et cuisine élaborée.
Par contre responsable très désagréable, à la limite du manque de respect.
Vraiment dommage que la qualité des rapports humains soit si faible en comparaison de celle de la nourriture.

J’ai une réservation pour ce soir, empreinte bancaire validée mais le resto est temporairement fermé et personne ne m’a prévenue. Si je fais un no-show ça me coûte la modique somme de 100€, est-ce que pour une non-ouverture vous dédommagez à même hauteur ? Pas pro.
