Accueil très sympathique, bien situé par rapport à la Tour Eiffel mais chambre qui mériterait une grosse rénovation ! Vieillote sombre et quand même bruyante (rue ) cependant literie confortable. En travaux lors de notre venue :plastique de protection dans le couloir de notre chambre, parquet en carton dans la réception.., Bref même si on ne s attend pas un palace la chambre « club » est très décevante.

Hotel itself is clean and comfortable for a short break, however it is the Staff which make this hotel special Jean Claude was amazing, genuinely making an effort to ensure you knew about the area and had a lovely stay. We loved Lily the cat too

The staff ...especially the gentleman on reception on Sunday 12th Nov was so friendly. So welcoming and pleasant. They made sure nothing was too much trouble.

Durch den sehr verdreckten Teppich im Clubzimmer Nr. 405 fühlt man sich insgesamt nicht wohl. Man möchte diesen Teppich wirklich nicht mit nackten Füßen berühren. Zudem sind die Fenster nicht schallisolierend, was am Donnerstag und Freitag den Aufenthalt im Zimmer durch die Baustelle vor dem Hotel extrem unangenehm machte. Ein Presslufthammer war die ganze Zeit in der Baustelle tagsüber während meiner Anwesenheit im Zimmer aktiv und massiv zu hören. Und da diese Baustelle an der Metrostation BIR-HAKEIM noch bis Februar 2024 besteht, ist das von Montags bis Freitags kein Spaß in den Zimmern zur Straße zu wohnen. Das hätte man seitens des Hotels kommunizieren müssen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Leider wurde die Wasserflache im Kühlschrank nicht nachgefüllt. Insgesamt muss man sagen, dass dem Hotel eine Renovierung gut tun würde. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Und dafür für drei Nächte ohne Frühstück insgesamt Euro 587,88 zu berechnen ist definitiv nicht angemessen. Die Lage des Hotels ist angesichts des nahen Eifelturms gut. Durch die bis Februar 2024 geschlossene Metrostation BIR-HAKIEM ist man allerdings nicht mehr bestens angebunden sondern bis zur nächsten Metrostation PASSY gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs.

Excellent location, close to Eiffel Tower and metro. Great air conditioning for the heat wave. Very friendly staff and room was always cleaned. Great 5 night stay. Would recommend this hotel!

Lage war perfekt für uns, in nur ein paar Minuten am Eiffelturm. Zimmer sehr dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen aber für unsere Zwecke ausreichend, wir haben gut geschlafen! Würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen!

Proche de la station de métro et à quelques minutes à pied de la Serviette Eiffel.
L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner complet, mais vous avez également peu de choix pour manger autour.
Ma chambre a un balcon avec vue sur la Seine ; C'était un peu petit, mais pour 2 personnes c'est assez bien.
La réception est très gentille et a répondu à toutes nos questions.

The best thing about the hotel was no doubt Wilfred the receptionist. He was very welcoming, had great English, and was great fun. Let’s not forget Ravin the cat! Made us feel at home
