During my stay at this hotel, I encountered a few issues: 1) There was no hot water, so I wasn’t able to take a shower. 2) I did not receive clean towels on the second day. 3) The staff’s friendliness varied; the young lady was supportive and friendly, but the same can’t be said for the other guy. Additionally, the water sink was clogged, and the room was extremely tight and small, with hardly any space beyond the bed itself. However, the location was undeniably perfect.

If you are going to Paris to enjoy the city all day long, can't afford that much for a room and don't mind having something simple, but very functional, I would recommend Hôtel Phénix. The staff is great and fixed our air conditioner problem in hours. Our bathroom (room for 3) was really, really tiny, and that could be improved, but really... the wonderful location, the price and the experience made it worth it. Thanks to Phénix staff for making our first time in Paris special!

Ужасно обслужване, груб и невъзпитан персонал. Стаите са мръсни и с мухъл, спалното бельо е с петна, имаше дървеници в стаята. Изтеглиха ми пари от дебитната карта без мое разрешение и без знанието ми! Не бих посетила отново!

Има дървеници в стаите. Лоша хигиена в стаите, мръсно спално бельо, мухъл в банята и неприятна миризма на канал. Не бих препоръчал и не бих отседнал там пак!!!!

Bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix mais il fait tes froid dans les chambres , le petit chauffage ne sert a rien ,
Probleme d'eau chaude , il en y en a pas toute la journée , jspr que ça ne sera pas pour longtemps .
Receptionistes très gentilles
L acenseur ne fonctionne pas ????????

Chambre insalubre, odeur de moisissure / égout qui prend à la gorge, carrelage de la salle de bain cassé, traces de matières fécales sur la serviette de bain !!!
Cela a fait sourire sourire le personnel de l’hôtel lors de mon signalement !! À fuir, ils méritent une inspection sanitaire !

Un petit hôtel qui a tout d'un grand ! Vaut largement beaucoup de 3*.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel.

La literie est confortable, les chambres sont assez grandes, le personnel est sympathique.

C'est une belle surprise, je recommande donc et reviendrais sans hésiter.

Seul petit bémol, la douche est un peu petite mais bon on est à Paris.

Emplacement topissime !

Excellent location, clean, facilities in good condition. thank you to everyone who works there, everyone is very friendly; especially to our new friend YASSINE from Morocco who was attentive to us because my girlfriend and I do not speak French and English well, he was always very helpful and polite, we are waiting for you with open arms whenever you want in Cancun, Mexico.

Our room was very comfortable. The reception was always friendly. The location is so convenient, near the Arc de Triomphe and bus stops and train stations.
