They explain cheese very kindly and carefully.
However, they did not sell me the quantity of cheese I wanted.
I had a problem when they offered me a large size cheese that was already cut, or too much cheese.
The good thing is that they vacuum wrap the cheese for travelers to take home as souvenirs.

日本へお土産で持って帰る際には、真空パックしてもらえました。

Friend and I went a bit crazy just picking out cheeses, especially the Japanese-inspired flavors such as Miso Mirin, Hojicha, Matcha, Sake-aged, Yuzu, Ginger… and don’t miss out on the other flavors not in the display fridge… especially loved the saffron and coconut milk ones! The lovely sales assistant was really helpful and friendly too!
