I order 2 surf rods with a price of 240€. It was written on their page and on the bill I recived on my email that shipping is free (as you can clearly see in the attachment below).
I sent them few emails before and after ordering. They didn't answer on any of those mails, but still have accepted my order and took the money. The only email a got from them was 4 days after my order where they ask me to pay more money for shipping or they will not send me the rods.
I have lost my money on double money conversion and left without rods. Also the same rod I wanted to order from other page was sold out in the meantime. All because of their negligence and unprofessionalism.
From my experiences, avoid this store!
