Idéal avant de prendre l'avion
Hôtel idéalement situé à l'aéroport de Roissy, accessible via la navette gratuite entre les différents terminaux (malgré tout, très calme). Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable et accueillant, l'enregistrement est très rapide. Ma chambre double était très spacieuse et bien équipée ; la literie était vraiment très confortable. Le wifi fonctionne bien. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) est inclus dans le tarif de la chambre, ce qui est un plus.

Staff very friendly /very helpful .very concerned regarding customer ‘s needs . I recommend this hotel and will be back in the future . Also shuttle ´drivers very nice and helpful with bags . And shuttle very comfortable and excellent drivers . A special thank you to Rémy to respond to all my needs last night despite a lot of arriving customers. Great team abs this morning too . I can t wait to discover the new rooms after summer . ????

I was very grateful that the manager managed to find a room for me; with the virus having so many hotels closed it was very difficult to find a room and I had been evacuated from Morocco waiting to go to back to San Francisco.
The fact that the hotel restaurant was closed was not a problem since the two markets in town were open, thank God.

The location is perfect if you have a short stay in Paris, and have a flight for the next days. But to sightseeing Paris, is really far from the center and there's not much to do around the hotel area as a tourist.
Our room was for 3ppl, but the room was too small that we can barely walk with our luggage aside.
Beds were comfortable, clean, modern room with everything you need. Bathroom was clean and with all the needs. Fully equipped. Loved it.

The customer service at the counter was not to good, when we arrived, the guy said that we didn't have any reservation and he asked us to make sure that it was that hotel the one we reserved.
I reserved the hotel online, and pay for it online, it was the only holiday Inn around that area, and I picked it because I had a flight in the next 2 days so I needed the closest one to the airport. So I was 100% sure that we were on the right hotel.
We were tired of our flight, and we were standing there waiting.... After a long wait.. He finally found our reservation. No apologizes from him, he just gave us the key and mentioned our room number. Kind of rude attitude.

Excellent stay. Quiet location with pleasant and helpful staff. Food and drinks on premises. I requested a quiet room and was given a very quiet location. And the windows opened in my room allowing for some fresh air. I will always stay here when going to airport.

Pros: clean rooms, good customer service by reception and breakfast lady.

Cons: breakfast food not very good, baggette looked and tasted old, worst baggete in all the hotels i stayed in france , eggs were watery, rice was dry. I would not eat there again .

Reception desk your personnel is very nice and helpful but he is alone which is not OK (up to 30 minutes for our check-in due to other customers to be attended).

1ère fois dans cet hôtel et certainement la dernière. Pourtant grand fidèle client du groupe IHG mais ici rien de ne va. Lors de ma réservation on ne m’a pas prévenu de:

-travaux donc pas de chauffage dans les chambres. Le personnel m’a apporté dans un premier temps un chauffage très bruyant. Ensuite on m’a fait changer 2 fois de chambre..

-restaurant et bar fermés le soir.
-pas de petit déjeuner en room service.

Honnêtement ça fait beaucoup et j’ai surtout été habitué à beaucoup mieux même dans un Holliday inn express.
