Excellent dining experience. You can tell the chef (who came out and greeted guests personally) really takes care of finding great products to work with and then prepares them to perfection. We really enjoyed dining here and the star is so well merited. Maybe some small dissappointment over not having a wine replaced with a different beverage, this is probably explained by some ordinary staff being on holiday (we ate here just after Christmas) but still didn’t feel like the extra mile. Alas! Much worth a visit, a real personal touch!

4 temps avec accord mets et vins, aucune fausse note, et aucune remarque sur la nourriture qui était succulente, raffinée dans un cadre épuré simple et intimiste, quelques places par salle.
