Worst experience I had in France! The receptionists tried to be nice, but the owner was at my check in time, and he was very rude and not flexible. Even when we asked for a second day booking, he replied very arrogantly and we could see the staff were uncomfortable. The room was clean and okay, but not a flexible hotel. We asked for a late check out - as the check in is very late (3 pm), and they said no and kept harassing us at 11 am, when the price we paid was already very high. Would never go back!

Very close to the city center and other main attractions in Cannes. Neat and clean as well.
Breakfast is not value for money though (very basic)
Got a room on the road facing side, so not the most noiseless
Overall still a good experience
