Quelques suggestions pour votre référence des points qui pourraient améliorer l’image et standing de votre hôtel:
- fonctionnement des stores qui ne descendaient plus ou ne remontaient plus et du coup lumière qui passait au matin
-bruits de fond venant de la rue même en hiver (en été cela deviendrait vraiment désagréable)
- hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine (pénible pour circuler)
- eau potable offert juste le premier jour (coût de l’eau minime par rapport au service, souvent offert dans les hôtels à étoiles)
- parking à tarif préférentiel non communiqué spontanément d’avance.
La zone accueil n est pas très agréable car petite et il manque un beau coin salon mais sinon vraiment très bien.

We will rec your hotel to our friends. The best location!
The only thing disturbing was that we had smell from the bakery and a kitchen.
The staff on the front desk were welcoming and friendly and very helpful, booking a restaurant reservation and allowing me to talk to them in French ! Would recommend highly.
Les sols sont sales, les coins dans la chambre plein de poussière. Le torchon de la cuisine plein de tache comme le tapis au sol au milieu du salon.
Les murs sont également pleins de tâche....
Dommage !
Laute Gasse am Abend und Nacht. Zimmer in den Innenhof wäre wohl besser..
The hotel is in a great location and well maintained

According to the hotel our "card" was not accepted - however the same card was used during our stay in Nice at a different hotel, and after discussion with the bank they could find no reason for the cancellation.
Therefore we feel very let down by the hotel.
24hour notice of the card not being accepted was too short - especially as we were on vacation and did not have the proposed card available.
Despite telephone call to the hotel from the UK this timeline was not extended and the proposed room already re-booked.
We feel the hotel did not want our custom as it could charge more due to the ladies football competition ongoing during our period in Nice.
