房间宽敞，装饰良好，明亮，配备了所有的现代舒适：Wifi，可逆式空调，隔音效果无可挑剔。它们都位于一楼，是对生态负责的方法的一部分。可以通过宏伟的纪念碑式楼梯或电梯进入。有些房间经过完全改造，可以容纳行动不便的人。卫生间也非常宽敞和实用。
接待处是一流的，愉快的工作人员将为您提供多种服务：国内和国际新闻，房间里的早餐，洗衣服务。
一个非常好的酒店，简而言之，位于市中心附近，设施齐全，有最美丽的景点可供参观。

Très belle hotel avec un très bon accueil..

A really good hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast but quite understaffed which compromises the experience a bit as anytime you need to reach reception or ask any of the staff for assistance it takes a long time.
The one receptionist on duty seems to be required to be a jack of all trades providing all assistance required from receiving guests, sorting out issues in your room and attending to issues at the wellness centre.
The breakfast is quite good and had fresh orange juice which was wonderful. The staff for breakfast also seemed short staffed as items on the buffet would run out and it would take a while before the staff noticed and replenished on time as they were juggling a lot of things. This could easily be solved if the hotel increased the staff complement to avoid having customers having a compromised experience.
The room was overall really good and the one I booked had complimentary bar service which was great and convenient.
The jacuzzi wasn’t warm due to technical issues which was disappointing and when I tried the steam room it also seemed to have technical issues.
Let the water run for a while longer than you’d expect in order to get hot water.
Overall if they increase the staff compliment and attend to the technical issues it’s a really great place and very well located! I would definitely come back!

Un po' decentrato ma con una breve camminata raggiungi facilmente il bellissimo centro storico di Arles. Già dall' ingresso nella hall noti alcuni pezzi di arredamento pop-modernista che rendono gli ambienti molto piacevoli. Sulla cucina e i servizi non posso giudicare perché non ne ho usufruito. Molta cura per la pulizia. Alla reception ci ha accolti una ragazza gentile e professionale. Plus dela struttura il parcheggio privato, per chi, come noi, arriva in auto.

Servizio: Posso dare opinioni solo per quanto riguarda il servizio della cena e devo dire che non è sufficiente.
Prezzo: Giusto.
Cibo: Non consigliato per gli italiani.
Luogo: Purtroppo non è il massimo, la vista non è piacevole.
Opinione personale: sono venuto in gita con la scuola e devo dire che per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più.
Il cibo come detto in precedenza non sembrava quasi commestibile a causa della poca cura con cui lo facevano.
Per il resto l'hotel era pulito e tenuto bene anche se i bagni senza bidet non hanno senso.
Consiglio ad una clientela non italiana.
