You can really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients here. I had a salad, something which I usually grudgingly eat to stay true to my diet. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the combinations of flavours and ingredients. It all resulted in a very tasty and healthy lunch. Will come back when I am looking for a quick lunch in Lyon centre.

Excellent restaurant. J’ai pris le poke bowl trio (crevettes, saumon cru et thon tataki) les 3 poissons étaient de qualité, frais et très bien assaisonnés.
Leur thé glacé est aussi délicieux.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande fortement !

Étant un énorme fan de Poke Bowl, je dois dire que celui que j’ai dégusté chez Skipjack est de loin mon préféré. Généreux, gourmand et parfaitement assaisonné. Le tout accompagné d’un service très agréable :) Ah et je conseil fortement le cheesecake ;)
