Instalaciones bonitas pero servicio malísimo no se merecen tener cuatro estrellas y comida y bebida nefasta. Personal maleducado malhablado y desatento, políticas de la empresa discriminatoria si te quedas solo una noche te ponen una pulsera de un color distinto al del resto y no te permiten el uso de las instalaciones al día siguiente te echan de muy malas formas a las doce pero si te quedas más de una noche no hay problema te ponen una pulsera roja y cuando tengas que abandonar el hotel lo haces a la hora que quieras. La única cadena hotelera que hace esto así. Aunque sea mas caro un Meliá, merece mucho más la pena

De kamers waren heel mooi en heel goed gekuist. Er waren 3 restaurants 2 ervan waren thema restaurants. Het was allemaal met buffet behalve het Italiaans restaurant waar je het hoofdgerecht opgediend kreeg. Je kon wel maar kiezen uit vier gerechten maar dat is genoeg voor een paar keer te gaan. Één werkpuntje in het restaurant is wel dat ze al borden weghalen terwijl er nog mensen aan dezelfde tafel aan het eten zijn. Ik zou aanraden uit beleefdheid om de borden weg te halen wanneer iedereen aan de tafel klaar is. De locatie van hotel is super gelegen. Je moet oversteken en je bent op de dijk.
Het was een leuke week in Riu Costa del Sol en het entertainment team verdient ook zeker vier sterren!

Have stayed in the hotel three times now a great place to visit the staff are excellent and the food is brilliant great choice of pools and a short walk to the beach

Hotel con buena ubicación, gran variedad de comidas, personal muy atento y todo muy limpio y cuidado.
Solo pongo una pega (estuvimos la semana del 23 al 30 de marzo, en la cual llovió, era peligroso andar en los pasillos para ir tanto a las habitaciones como a los restaurantes, eso era una pista de patinaje, debía tener otro tipo de baldosas o algo antideslizante).
Por lo demás todo muy bien, repetiremos (esperemos que en la próxima no llueva).
