Clean rooms. Although the balcony that’s pictured in advertised pictures with door handles are actually locked when you get to the room. So no enjoying the balcony was terrible. Then the front desk agent swore that my room number was 1820 when checking out when I’ve clearly been going in and out of 1826 the past 2 days. It’s one thing if someone had the information wrong on the computer. Very strange for her to insist I’m wrong as I know which room I’ve been staying at the last few days. She did not believe me. Not very friendly service. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very close to the tourist spots, so walking was easy. But front desk was very rude, wifi did not work, and we got bed bugs from this place.

This hotel was fantastic. It was in a great location with a good parking garage to keep your car. The staff and security were fantastic. And the restaurant was great too. Will stay again.

Vom Flughafen fährt man mit dem Bus 202 für 1,25 $ pro Person bis zur Main Library. Das dauert nur 30 Minuten. Dann läufst Du 2 Minuten und bist am Holiday Inn Downtown. Zur Canal Street sind es 5 Minuten und zur Bourbon Street weitere 7. Da schlägt das Herz im French Quarter.

Die Hotelbar ist super sortiert und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.
