Brought here by a vegetarian, and I’m happy to have experienced this place. I would never had tried this out myself being a meat lover but now I have a place I can bring vegetarian friends to. Not exactly sure what I had but it was tasty.
So glad to stumble on this place! The food was amazing! But the best part of the night was the waiter. He was so good, just ran the whole place, all 12 or 13 tables like a boss! One of the best I ever had. Great night!
Exceptional food made with very fresh ingredients and wonderful flavor combinations. Vladimir and all the staff are wonderful. Cocotte is my favorite French restaurant in Nob Hill. A hidden gem on Hyde you should definitively try!
Small, intimate restaurant with a menu listing whatever's fresh that day. "Got any specials?" "They're all specials."
There were exactly two secondi options the night we went. I kind of wanted both but we'd done enough damage with starters and pastas it wasn't to be.
It was the most authentically Italian dinner I've had in the city. Maybe some of that's due to the outrageously delicious tomatoes available this late in September. Chef knew what they had and made the most of it.
I took my husband here for this birthday, and we had a great time! Our waitress Pauline was nothing short of amazing. We tried a few of small plates (scallops, gnocchi, gratin), then got the beef wellington. We also had dessert and dessert wine to finish the meal. Literally every bite of food was delicious! Would absolutely reccomend.
This was our dinner spot for our one night mini-moon in SF. It was absolutely perfect. Our hostess was so lovely. She had glasses of champagne waiting and a romantic table set aside for us. Each dish we tried was excellent, and the creme brûlée was the perfect conclusion. Thank you for the attention to detail! This felt so special.
Live music, amazing food, & really decent prices for sf? This place is a huge winner. The ratatouille and the gnocchi are both really phenomenal, and the endive / camembert salad is a star dish. Really recommend going here for a weekend dinner!
Dined for the first time and was blown away by the quality of the food but the overall experience was like traveling to a foreign country. Colleen and staff made us feel like regulars and if you are lucky the flower lady may even stop in and sing a little opera. Highly recommend the chicken as it was cooked to perfection and the gnocchi was to die for as well!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. The service is top notch, thank you Zack and Justin for your suggestions and lovely service. We come here for the 1/2 chicken but the chef always has a new delicious treat. Thrilled about your new happy hour!
Excellent food. The pork shank was so soft it was melting off the bone. The rotisserie chicken was also delicious, the sauces on the side were delicious.
It was bad I didn’t like it the gnocchi resembled undercooked dough balls and the salmon beignets lacked the citrus flavor they promised to have. Also the crème brûlée was bad and somehow watery. Somehow the bone marrow in the pork was not there ? Nonexistent. Anyway I wouldn’t come here again it wasn’t worth the price.
Probably the best European food I’ve had in SF so far. It’s proper French, decadent and super yummy food. Very intimate and cute spot for a date. Their menu and wine selection is small, which I love, but everything I’ve had has surpassed my expectations. The onion soup is exquisite. Same as the pate (two of my very favs). And if you are into it, don’t leave without having the bone marrow.
Food was mediocre.

Live music was also a great vibe.
