The hotel was a bit dated. The little courtyard was nice with a fire pit. The rooms had a fireplace and a balcony, which were nice. However, my husband got a sliver in his foot from the balcony. We probably won't be back.

Such a fabulous place to stay. Everything was perfect. Great room size, comfortable bed. The amenities were awesome. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. We will be returning soon. My new favorite place to stay

Nice place, clean, friendly staff, good pricing. Pool area is nice, breakfast in the morning is pretty good. We enjoyed our stay

Had an amazing time at the lodge. Ocean was just a short distance away. Wish they would allow well behaved dogs to stay in the room or offer breakfast to go so we could all eat together but we really did have a great stay.

LOVE, Love, loved our stay here! The room was perfect for a romantic getaway. Fireplace, bathtub, and balcony overlooking the HMB Golf Course. We brought e-bikes, but the lodge offers bikes to guests. Great bike trails all throughout HMB. Went to Joe's for dinner and will have something fancier tomorrow. Highly recommend. Will come back, for sure.

Dog breed discrimination, owners need to educate themselves about dogs. Stay elsewhere!!!

Cute. We flew into SFO and stayed here, which was perfect. The lodge and rooms are very charming and comfortable. There are several places to eat nearby. Convenient for a highway 1 road trip. A bit far to walk to the beach but very quick by car. Gorgeous place. Breakfast could be better but decent and nice setting.

We enjoy staying at this Lodge clean rooms excellent continental breakfast Swimming Pool Spa and Jim as well. Very friendly staff they will accommodate your every need.

The service was wonderful as were the hotel amenities. We particularly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, provided logs, the pet friendly environment complete with pet gift bag at check in. The breakfast room was lovely as were the hot tub and heated pool which we enjoyed in the rain. Great proximity to the beach - a nice morning walk and a quick drive to main town Half Moon bay. Will definitely be back!

We had our global team offsite at HMB Lodge and it was a terrific experience - The Sales Director, Darryl, was so easy to work with and accommodated so many of our requests - his flexibility and eagerness to deliver a great experience was evident in all of our interactions, and those of the rest of the staff.

Stayed one night at this hotel and had a positive experience. The rooms face a golf course across a fence. Our room is on the 2nd floor and the view is magnificent. The hotel is pet friendly and you can walk your dog at the grassed backyard adjacent to the golf course. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes drive to a beautiful beach.

We had a pleasant experience at the lodge. Interaction with staff was limited but upon arrival friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable but dated and patched. The carpet had no order and no stains. The hotel is truly dog friendly.

A touch run down but still a nice place to stay. Continental Breakfast was average but the servers were friendly.

Excellent place. Will definitely be back. Close to family, friends, and everything we needed for a 10 day stay.
