意见 SLIEMA HOTEL 仕利玛

I will never set my foot in this hotel again.
The communication was nonexistent - we asked what they served for breakfast three times (!) and never got any reply. When we went down to breakfast, we discovered that there was nothing for us to eat as everything was soggy-looking meat (and the quality of the foods we could eat, fruit salad, was extremely poor) as we don't eat meat. The coffee was horrible too and left a really nasty taste for hours.
The wifi was extremely unreliable and slower than an idiot with Alzheimers.
The room was spacey, but the cleaning was under all critique. The towels were harsh on the skin and rund down. They were close to sandpaper. The ceiling was really low in the shower, so if you're taller than 1,70 cm you'd have to stay with your back bent in order to be able to stand up in it. The toilet were making LOUD noises for minutes after flushing and the cleaning was poor - we had coffee mugs that weren't washed except for once (but there was still stains in them after the "washing") during a whole week. It wasn't possible to change the temperature on the AC. We just got one coffee spoon and when we asked for one more they said no. The fast coffee on the room wasn't refilled. The beds were horrible and I can only recommend them for people who hate a good nights sleep. The bedding wasn't made properly and the sheets got loose during the night. There was no mattress on the beds.
They obviously know nothing about service. They were very unhelpul and rude.
They claimed that we ruined one of the towels as there was one small stain on it that will go away when washed. The towels was very small and couldn't be worth more than MAX 2 euros, but they took 20 euros for it.
Overall, don't go here. The one good thing was the location, but that's nothing they can take credit for.
I'd give them minus five stars if possible.

El hotel en general no esta mal, la verdad que el dia que llegamos el recepcionista no hacia mucho por entendernos al ser hispanohablantes , pero bueno eso parece que es normal por la zona, nos llevamos una decepcion al ver que la piscina no estaba en el propio hotel y tampoco esque este al lado que digamos, ademas cierra a las 18:00 que tambien es una hora que apetece bañarse. Al entrar te cobran 7€ aunque ya lo tengas todo pagado, cosa que no se aviso en ningun momento. La habitaciones no estan mal pero la verdad que los baños les vendria bien una reforma. En cuanto al servicio el buffet de desayuno era completo ;la verdad que el supervisor sebastian nos trato genial y nos ayudo en todo lo que pudo ,un 10 por el. En general el hotel esta bien pero tienen cosas que mejorar.

Hotel is in a great location... the staff are friendly and helpful.... breakfast is okay but the hotel was not as photographed .... the balcony views are great but the hotel is very dated and a little dirty.... pool (access) is shared by anyone and everyone not exclusive and a 4 minute walk away.... it has potential

Tutto pessimo

We booked three nights. The location of the hotel is very good, the ferry to Valleta is very close. Many EF students are accomidated here so sometimes they were noisy during the night. The room size was enough for two people. Breakfast was great but every day was the same.

The worst hotel I've been to. Very dirty, the staff does not respond to the remark.

Il est ici quasiment impossible de dormir dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer car les fenêtres n'ont pas de double vitrage et le bruit des véhicules sur la route principale est incessant la nuit. Les lavabo fuient, le sèche- cheveux ne fonctionne pas et il est souvent impossible de régler la télévision. Quant au petit déjeuner : 5 tables en verre pour 4 personnes, pour un hôtel de 70 chambres, au bord de la route, avec un bruit assourdissant, un seul grille pain et de la confiture de fraise pendant 5 semaines, sans autre possibilité de restauration. D'ailleurs, après quelques jours sur place, beaucoup de clients apportaient eux même des compléments (fruits, yaourts, biscuits...)
