Mi experiencia fue genial con el personal que te recibe, nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones para comer , nos ayudaron con la estación del tren, y con algunas cosas más y siempre estuvieron dispuestas ayudar y con muy buena disposición y nunca con una mala cara ni mala actitud y eso se agradece muchísimo, nos sentimos muy bien y apreciados.

Rosanna and Paula at the front desk were phenomenal hosts. They took the time to connect with my family and make our experience in Madrid even better. Their knowledge, customer service and gracious attitude to go above and beyond was highly appreciated and a direct reflection of Marriotts customer service.
