I recently had a very disappointing experience with hospes puerta de alcata . Despite making a single booking, the hotel inexplicably processed three separate reservations for the same stay. When this issue was brought to their attention, the staff assured us it was "under control" and not to worry. Trusting their word, we proceeded with the payment, only to be informed afterwards that nothing could be done to rectify the mistake on their end. Their inability to manage reservations properly and lack of accountability after receiving payment was not only frustrating but also reflected poorly on their customer service ethos. This experience has unfortunately tainted our view of what could have been a pleasant stay, making it difficult to recommend this place to others. Potential guests should be wary of reservation and billing issues, as our experience indicates that the hotel may not be able to provide satisfactory solutions once payment is made. It's disheartening to write such a review, but I hope this feedback can prompt the Manager that told Emanuel that can’t do anything for us so they can improve their customer service approach to ensure others do not face similar inconveniences.

Quiero darles las gracias a todo el staff en especial a Mireya Directora del hotel por todas la atenciones desde que llegamos al hotel una habitacion con una increible vista a la plaza . Lo recomiendo por su servicio tan especial y exclusivo se siente como en casa a cualquier hora , les recomiendo Harrison Bar abre hasta tarde 4 am , buena atencion . espero pronto estar de visita de nuevo y hospedarme en hospes saludos y de nuevo gracias por todo
