Sehr nettes Lokal mit freundlichem Service im Herzen Roms.

Als ich kürzlich das italienische Restaurant "Gusto" in Rom besuchte, war ich zunächst von der gemütlichen Atmosphäre und dem charmanten Ambiente beeindruckt. Das Restaurant lag versteckt in einer malerischen Gasse, was sofort ein Gefühl von Authentizität vermittelte. Beim Betreten wurden meine Sinne von den verlockenden Düften frisch zubereiteter Speisen umschmeichelt, und ich war gespannt darauf, das Beste der italienischen Küche zu genießen.

Wir wurden freundlich von einem Kellner begrüßt, der uns zu unserem Tisch führte. Die Speisekarte war reichhaltig und bot eine Vielzahl traditioneller italienischer Gerichte, von Antipasti über Pasta bis hin zu köstlichen Hauptgerichten. Nachdem wir unsere Bestellungen aufgegeben hatten, freuten wir uns auf ein kulinarisches Erlebnis.

Die Vorspeisen, die wir bestellten, waren köstlich und sorgfältig zubereitet. Die Burrata war cremig und zart, perfekt kombiniert mit sonnengetrockneten Tomaten und frischem Basilikum. Die Bruschetta war ebenfalls ein Genuss, mit knusprigem Brot und einer herrlich würzigen Tomatenmischung.

Als Hauptgericht entschied ich mich für eine klassische Pasta alla Carbonara, während mein Begleiter sich für die Lasagne al Forno entschied. Die Aromen waren außergewöhnlich und spiegelten die Qualität der Zutaten wider. Jeder Bissen war ein Geschmackserlebnis, das ich so schnell nicht vergessen werde.

Trotz des himmlischen Geschmacks der Speisen war ich jedoch etwas enttäuscht von den Portionsgrößen. Obwohl die Qualität der Gerichte außergewöhnlich war, waren die Portionen kleiner als erwartet. Dies war besonders enttäuschend, da ich gehofft hatte, nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen in Rom richtig satt zu werden.

Dennoch möchte ich betonen, dass der Service im "Gusto" erstklassig war. Die Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, und die Atmosphäre war einladend und entspannt. Ich würde das Restaurant definitiv weiterempfehlen, aber zukünftige Gäste sollten sich bewusst sein, dass die Portionen eher klein ausfallen könnten.

Amazing food. Very polite staff, we were served by Dany who was very polite and helpful to us. Great atmosphere.

Actually scheduled a pizza making class here and it was an amazing experience.

Bon emplacement à côté du Panthéon, le repas était excellent, très bonne ambiance avec une musique un peu lounge et un personnel au soin.

My friends and I were shocked that this restaurant has 3.9 stars.

We went twice while in Rome and we all thought the food, atmosphere, and service were excellent. The waiters are so kind and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They even brought us free tiramisu just because! So don’t let the reviews deter you from coming here. It’s one of the best meals we had!

The servers and host were extremely kind and attentive. Food was delicious and some of the best we had while visiting this beautiful city. Highly recommend the Carbonara and the ravioli. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Rome.

Danilo is a really good teacher and fresh food is used to teach us. These are the ones I cooked. Really fun activity.

Fabio was phenomenal and considerate. The food was beautiful and well cooked. The location was well shaded and close to popular destinations. 5/5 recommend.

Second time here, my first server (can’t recall her name but she has short curly hair and glasses) was FANTASTIC - very attentive! Second time around, server Fabio was just as great! The spaghetti alle vongole was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Our family recently enjoyed Gusto twice for lunch while visiting Rome. On both occasions the service was excellent and it was obvious all of the staff have a passion for their jobs. The food was excellent across the board from appetizers to main courses. Gusto will definitely always be on our list when visiting Rome!

Siamo stati accolti benissimo, il personale è molto attento e veloce nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Cucina buonissima e finché saremo a Roma pranzo e cena sarà da Gusto. Complimenti a Daniela per la sua pasta!

This will be a weird review, just to let you know upfront. It’s important for you to know that my wife, my son, and I attended a cooking class here, so the review might not be anything close to your experience; nonetheless, it’s still a review on the food and service just with a culinary twist.

The restaurant is beautiful and the location is wonderful, directly across from the Piazza Navona. The staff was so friendly and welcoming we wanted to spend the rest of our day there. Also, the fact that the cocktails were great didn’t help our case to leave either.

We booked a cooking class through the “Get Your Guide” app, a first for us (but definitely not the last as it was so much fun). Our instructor, Carlotta, was amazing and fun. With her, we made fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu. All were delicious and all were made using the restaurant’s ingredients, ipso facto this review is about the restaurant’s food just with us as employees.

Overall, this was a great time with a great restaurant serving/making great food.

Bel ristorante nei pressi di piazza Navona. Camerieri professionali e locale elegante. Ottima la pasta.
Forse i prezzi sono sopra la media ma, per quello che ho assaggiato, sono giustificati dall'ottima qualità.

Chouette terrasse dans une rue très calme, cette trattoria au cadre moderne propose de jolies assiettes et de bonnes bouteilles. Beaux fromages italiens à découvrir en petites portions à partager. Bonnes pâtes également.

Avons essayé le restaurant qui se trouve à l'étage (la pizzeria est en-dessous). Très belle décoration type brasserie moderne avec tableaux noirs et blancs et bouteilles de vin en déco (préférer la salle du fond). Peut être un peu cher pour le contenu, les quantités sont un peu light (sauf les woks de nos voisins de table qui semblaient plus copieux). Réservation impérative les vendredis et samedis soir!

Prenez le buffet. Pour 10 euros vous avez un verre de vin compris et vous avez passé un excellent moment en dejeunant parmi les Romains.
