El sitio es fabuloso en relación a su posición geografíca primero que todo,cuenta con todos los elementos necesarios para forjar proyectos alternativos en materia de EDUCACIÓN Y ECOTURISMO, es una pena que el sitio está contaminado por una administración que tiene mentalidades retrasada y obsoleta, asumen como recurso lo que es capital y lo que es verdaderamente un recurso lo mal emplean,no saben administrarlos eficientemente, tienen una gerencia corrupta que maltrata y viola los derechos de sus empleados más productivos(ejemplo Joshh lazar y efrain cruz ,aún denigran y discriminan el personal por un tema de idioma y de comunicación) sus managers discuten y pelean entre si solo por demostrar quien tiene mayor rango y peso en liderazgo,están latentes a una investigación administrativa por parte del departamento administrativo federal EEOC.

Stayed during a company event. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was lovely. We were on the first floor with an ocean view. There was a sliding door walk out, which was awesome. We were able to make friends with a chicken and rooster couple ❤️ Room services was very expensive and so not worth it. The food was subpar, I wouldn't order again. I would, however, enjoy to stay again.

Pros: Great location, two pools.
Neutral: Diamond member was not recognized, I did not expect an upgraded room but mine might be really near the bottom. the restaurant was ok, the price was reasonable if you consider this as a 4/5 star hotel in key west
Cons: I did checkout in person to make sure the charge was correct. unfortunately, the bill was not updated when I checked out so I was seeing different charges a couple of days later. The service for my 1st breakfast was fine and good for the first 10 minutes of the dinner. Then I was left alone after 10-15 minutes. and no service at all for the 2nd breakfast. The swimming pool person was very unique, I went in when a customer was praising him and he was taking care of other customers pretty well. However, he passed by me a few times, no hello, no communication, nothing offered to me. I don't really want to put this on the race, but I was indeed different than everybody else in the adult pool. Oh, the elevator was not working like other people mentioned.

Super nice and relaxing hotel. The only issue we’ve found during our stay was how far away it is from all the action on Duval St. but that also allowed us privacy on the beach so you take and you get. You won’t get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel but the taxi was only $27. The staff are all super helpful and made us feel comfortable and pampered. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about room service but we haven’t had an issue being woken up or bothered, they are also super nice. Overall our girls trip was super fun and I’m glad we stayed here!
