Très bien. Le hammam ne fonctionne pas mais ça doit être provisoire. Il manque un appareil à café et une bouilloire dans la chambre.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, das sich direkt am Meer befindet.
Das Personal ist freundlich und immer zuvorkommend.
Mit dem örtlichen Bus oder mit einem Leihauto kann man bequem die Gegend erkunden.
Auch das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker, es wird für jeden Geschmack etwas angeboten.

Very nice hotel, located in a beautiful setting, close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and eager to help (in particular Marta Rodrigues who went above and beyond to help us, including with the day's itinerary). The rooms are comfortable and have an amazing view over the sea and the hotel gardens. Breakfast was excellent. The only reason I don't leave a 5 star was the dinner we had - it was extremely overpriced and the food was not up to par. Apart from that we had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

We've had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Lovely staff particularly Marta Rodrigues, an asset to the hotel warm and friendly always. Comfortable rooms and the breakfast and evening buffet were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

In this hotel a 5€ fee is requested in c/in and charged at c/out for no reason; no one explained us clearly until now despite our mail requests. Very deceiving.
Also at dinners, some food initially planned were not provided, were simply missing. Also missing some food quality and Show cooking for example… lack of communication with clients.

Loved it here! Staff is super nice and the location is fantastic. The sauna, steam room, and tennis courts are a great addition. For tennis, they let you borrow racquets and balls if you don’t have any.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Pestana Bahia Praia Hotel auf São Miguel. Als Familie waren wir von der atemberaubenden Lage direkt am Strand Baia de Água d’Alto begeistert. Die Aussicht auf den atlantischen Ozean war einfach spektakulär.
Die geräumigen Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und boten allen Komfort, den wir uns wünschten.
Das Restaurant im Hotel bot eine gute Auswahl an Speisen zum Frühstück und die Bar mit Live Musik war ein gemütlicher Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der weitläufige Garten war ein besonderes Highlight.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und wir fühlten uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gut betreut. Marta konnte uns sehr gute Tipps zu Wandern und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten erklären. Marta, vielen lieben Dank an dieser Stelle!
Wir können das Pestana Bahia Praia Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

Vista excelente e estacionamento fácil. Os sumos do pequeno almoço eram bastante fracos. Omeletes e panquecas excelentes e feitas na hora rapidamente .

Eines der wenigen Hoteld das direkt am Strand liegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr Großzügig und sauber. Durch die etwas in die Jahre gekommen Einrichtung hat es einen ganz besonderen Charme. Ich hoffe es wird so belassen, es ist wunderbar so. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

У отеля два неоспоримых и очень значимых преимущества. Первое - это месторасположение. Второе - персонал.
Отель находится прямо у океана, в пешей доступности чистый песочный пляж. Очень легко добираться на автомобиле и самая дальняя точка острова в часе езды.
Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Каждый раз было впечатление, что мы очень долгожданные и желанные гости. Особенно хочу поблагодарить сотрудницу на рецепции Marcita Ponte - она помогала с решением проблем, помогала с советами, прислушивалась к нашим пожеланиям и была очень дружелюбной в общении. Без неё наш отпуск был бы не таким приятным. Спасибо ей.

Особых недостатков нет.
Создаётся впечатление, что отель в процессе развития и усовершенствования. Единственное, за завтраком хотелось бы больше местных продуктов, свежего апельсинового сока и свежей выпечки. Предлагаемые соки казались искусственными, а выпечка "из пакета". Но всё спасали игристое вино, приготовленные на заказ, омлет и блинчики, а также льежские вафли.

Pestana Bahia Praia is fine, but I don't know if I'd go back there. It's completely adequate though in March it seemed rather quiet and the pools weren't even remotely warm. The breakfast was pretty good. The wifi was inconsistent.

Ein Top Hotel, direkt am Strand. Freundliches Ambiente, Top Aussenanlagen, professionelle immer freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Essen (es könnte vielleicht manchmal etwas heißer sein). Absolut empfehlenswert!

Hôtel très propre, très bien situé dans l île et proche de la plage. Jardin magnifiquement entretenue. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent sauf les jus de fruits.
Le personnel est très serviable et gentil.

Very nice stay. Pretty hotel by the beach. With many facilities (like sauna, kids room, etc.). The service was great—everyone was super friendly. If you have the time, make sure to go to the Bar, Filipe, the bar man is very friendly and helpful.

O hotel está situado fora da cidade de Ponta Delgada na povoação de Água d'Alto, mesmo em cima da praia, os quartos são muito espaçosos e confortáveis, o pessoal é muito disponível e agradável e a estadia foi muito agradável. Recomendo vivamente.

Nous sommes allés 2 fois dans cet hôtel très calme et bien situé sur la côte sud sur une magnifique plage, pour excellent rapport qualité-prix. Mais cette année il a été racheté par une chaîne et les prix on monté de 50%. Reste à savoir si les prestations auront suivi.
