We arrived late during the night, still we could easily check in and get into the room.
Despite the fact that the A/C suddenly broke and technicians were not available, the hotel made up the inconvenience with alternatives and gifts.
Many thanks especially to Juan, who is a great Hotel Manager, he was not only very nice but also gave tips and recommendations for locations to go, made dinner reservations even when fully booked and made one feel number one priority throughout the stay.
