Les obres del passeig marítim fa dos anys que duren i dos anys més que hauràs d'esperar i donaràs mil voltes a peu per passejar; no lloguis cotxe que moriràs de preu i d'aparcament.
Nos despertamos al día siguiente sin agua ni luz. Obvio no nos pudimos duchar ni asear.
Qué tipo de profesional y/o hotel aloja a sus huéspedes bajo estas condiciones?
Lo peor es que te mientan.
Los trabajadores no tienen la culpa ni recursos para solucionarlo, ya que entre otras cosas, solo hay uno por turno.
Desde luego que no volveré jamás
+First of all I want to emphasize that the staff was very helpful and kind.
+The breakfast was super (it has everything) and the room where you eat your breakfast has a fantastic view.
+Also the area with the spa is small but fortunately it was not crowded and we were served perfectly!!!
+- As for the family room we stayed in 409, it needs a little renovation, but it is partly practical because it can comfortably accommodate 5 people as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- The negative thing about this room is that it is very noisy
Finally, the hotel is in a good location as there are many shops around for everything you need and the center of Palma is a leisurely 20-30 minute walk away.
Nos dimos un masaje de 1h con Josep que nos trató de lujo y el masaje fue excelente y relajante total, estuvimos un ratito en el spa que no está mal, el pequeño pero acogedor. Nos molestó un grupo de tres personas que hacían más ruido que el espartano egoístamente sin pensar en los demás, pero no es culpa el hotel. Pero en general el spa está bien, por ponerle una pega diria que la baño turco estaba extremadamente fuerte (lo tendrían que revisar) y extrañe aún que lleváramos, los amenities en el las duchas. Pero en general estuvo bien y repetiría nuevamente.
Not so good: free water and bathroom acc. only in the first night. Still didn't figure out what the welcome present was (candies at the reception ?) Construction outside.
All in all a recommender. We will come back. (in the low season)

También el personal que estaba en comedor. El desayunado buffet exquisito.
Además de lo bonito del hotel y las vistas que tiene.
