super ruime kamer : een appartement.
alles was aanwezig
matras mag men gerust vernieuwen.
Eten gewoon goed, spijtig genoeg was niet alles aanwezig.
Afrikaans/ Engels ontbijt niet mijn ding.

You can safely renew the mattress.
Food just good, unfortunately not everything was there.
African/English breakfast not my thing.

Beautiful location and Hotel

Hôtel qui a connu de meilleurs jours. Notre chambre était propre mais l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre qui avait des ampoules au plafond qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Beaucoup de chambres inoccupées par manque d’entretien.
Mais le matelas était confortable et la chambre était propre.
La piscine avec des algues au haut des parois. Le spa/Jacuzzi était vide et nécessite des réparation. Une porte de la salle du gym tenait avec un haltère.
Le restaurant offre un menu varié mais limité. Il n’y avait qu’une seule bouteille de vin blanc le soir de notre passage.

We spent our first night here in Arusha before starting our safari. The Lodge is located outside the city. It's a bumpy uphill drive to the property. It is secluded and reasonably quiet. Up keep was pretty good and the place was clean. Check in was straightforward. Staff were friendly and polite. Proceeding to our suite on the first floor, the bags had to be carried up a flight of stairs. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Dinner and breakfast was good. Western and some local offerings. Overall a pleasant stay and we got a good night's rest before commencing our safari in the morning after breakfast.
