意见 HOSTAL GOYA 巴塞罗那

No tiene aire acondicionado. La calefacción es central por lo que poco se puede hacer referido a este tema. La cama muy cómoda, la atención es excelente. Hay cafe y el detalle del desayuno es muy bienvenido! Lo recomiendo

Positive:
1. Location is great. Centrally located. With very good metro and bus connections.
2. Friendly and helpful staff
3. Tea, coffee and water available all the time. This one is very refreshing, specially after a long walking or before starting the day.
4. Before arriving, they sent me an email and offered an early check in, which we could not take, as we had a late flight. After checking out, we left our luggage in the storage which was great.

Negatives:
1. The triple room photos which I received was not the one in the sample photos. It was old, worn out and simple. Not satisfying and definitely not 215 square feet at all.
2. The room faced the street and unfortunately no sound proof. All Night through, you could hear the cars and the trash cars and the crowd. I had my ear plugs but was awake two or three times every night.
3. The breakfast package was always a cupcake and an industrial fruit nectar. They could replace that with milk and a small fruit to the package.
4. Safe did not work. No mirror in the room. One common fridge in the dining room.
5. Overall, the price value was not satisfying. Although the staff was trying to do their best, the shortcomings do not compensate for the price, specially when you book 5 or 6 months in advance. The location was great. The staff was great. But not the price value for the room that we recieved.

Lo primero, de lejos, la calidez y excelente voluntad del personal, doblemente notable porque Barcelona no se caracteriza demasiado por este aspecto. Lo segundo, la simpatía presente en los detalles, como la bolsita a la mañana con un jugo y una magdalena, personalizada y con dibujo del pronóstico, con cafetera y hervidor (y un amplio surtido de tés y cafés), agua mineral, leche y complementos. Todo ello de cortesía en un agradable salón con vista a la calle. Lo tercero, que es resultado de los dos puntos anteriores, la amabilidad con que nos tuvieron CUATRO maletas por varias horas después de dejar la habitación, permitiéndonos usar el salón y el baño, tomar cafés y tés, etc. Es uno de esos característicos hostales de piso, como hay tantos en Madrid, localizado en un edificio antiguo típico de Barcelona (hay una pequeña escalera para acceder al ascensor, como en la mayoría de estas construcciones). La ubicación es insuperable, a minutos de todo, de las dos ramblas, de la Plaza de Catalunya, del Passeig de Gràcia en su parte más bonita, del Born, del Gótic... En poco rato andando se llega al Arc de Trionf, y en media hora a la Plaza de España. El hostal está bien cuidado, es muy limpio y acogedor. Por supuesto que volveríamos: no iríamos a otro lado en Barcelona.

Lugar centrico muy bien situado y acogedor, personal muy amable..saben cuidar muy bien los pequeños detalles, nos encantó ...invita a tener en cuenta en proximas visitas????

Bé! El lloc és cèntric i el personal molt amable i atent!

Хорошее местоположение, вежливый персонал. Из минусов - взяли маленький номер без окна (окно в вентиляционную нишу) , поэтому чувствовали себя как в коморке. Лучше б взяли больший номер. Не понравилось, что все полотенца и постельное белье жутко пахли хлоркой. Попросили заменить, заменили вроде без проблем. После замены постельное белье было уже, к счастью, без ужасного запаха. Но полотенца все же так и остались с запахом.
Есть чай, кофе в любое время - это плюс. На завтрак дают кекс и сок. Правда в день выезда (у нас был ранний выезд) нам кексы не дали, а жаль, мы на них рассчитывали и вроде как было оплачено за это.
Между комнатой и коридоров тонкие стены, очень слышно, если кто-то ходит ночью или утром. Мешает спать немного.

Upon my arrival at this hostel, I was schooled in the art of "expectations versus reality." The first room they moved me into was reminiscent of a modern art installation titled "Despair." It looked nothing like the photos posted here. The bed was missing the headboard, which I initially mistook for a bold minimalist statement. But then I noticed the chipped paint, crumbling plaster, and penned graffiti, and I realized it was less "aesthetic intention" and more "maintenance procrastination."

The furniture, old and worn down, looked as if it was auditioning for a role in a shabby chic Pinterest board, but didn’t quite make the cut. The room smelled like they had just aggressively sprayed for bugs, which I suppose is better than finding out first hand why they needed to spray for bugs. The walls were an empty canvas of cold, blank space – perfect for a self-reflection session on why I didn’t read more reviews.

I requested a room change, hoping to swap my avant-garde cell for something more... humane. They assured me my previous room was a twin to the ones in the pictures posted here. I'm not sure if they were referring to the photos of their hostel or an abstract art gallery.

I give this place 3 stars because the evening manager, who must double as a magician, conjured up a room that actually resembled the ones we see here in the ad-photo. It only took a few hours, a moderately heated discussion, and my best "this is unacceptable" face to change rooms. The new room while closer to the images online had a distinct smell of backed up toliet (sewage). I aired out the room all night to dilute the smell.

The cost is the same as staying at a hotel in Barcelona - $120 a night after all the fees, plus you pay city tax upon arrival. For that price, I expected a little less "haunted house" and a little more "comfortable lodging."

If you're considering a stay here, my advice is this: Get an assurance that the room looks exactly like one of the options here (wherever you're booking) before booking. The first floor superior rooms (at least room 105) look like a special captivity space with access to a terrace – just in case you need an outdoor patio to scream into the void.

Simple Hotel with a very nice staff, well positioned in the heart of Barcelona.

Es un hostal a precio de hotel de 4 estrellas. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, armario enano, no teníamos ni un cajón ni una balda para colocar nada. El baño muy incómodo, sin tan siquiera un gancho para colgar la toalla. Está limpio y el trato es bueno pero no lo recomiendo porque no es un hotel y cobran como tal.

급하게 여행 3주전에 예약해서 그런지 사실 가격이 저렴하진 않아요 근데 인테리어도 코지하고 리모델링 하신건지 신축같은 느낌에 깨끗하고 조용함! 여행자들이 조용히 다니는 매너가 있는듯 1인실에서 묵었는데 욕실이 방 맞은편에 따로있는데 다녀올때 잠 다깨는거 말고는 욕조도 잇고 깔끔하고 좋음 에어컨 온도조절이 내맘대로 낮출수잇는건 아니지만 (최하 23도) 에어컨없는 한인민받에서 거지같은 방을 비슷한 가격에 자고온걸 생각하면 감지덕지임 머핀이랑 과수원(?) 주스도 로비에 종이봉투로 포장해서 조식대신 놔주심 ㅋㅋ 하여간 저는 여기 다시와도 좋을것 같아요

Great location, nice staff. Very small rooms, thin walls, wifi terrible, needs some work on entry spaces. I was nervous when I saw the foyer and stairwells to the building, but the hotel itself was spotless. The hotel occupies two floors in an old building.

La atención es cálida y cercana. Jose te orienta en las cosas que visitar por la ciudad, así como recomendaciones para comer y comprar. El edifico no está en muy buenas condiciones pero el hostal es excelente. Recomendado

La ubicación, absolutamente inmejorable, al lado, literalmente, de la plaza de Cataluña. Las habitaciones como corresponde al edificio, amplias y de techo alto. Muy cómodo, bien situado, las camas muy confortables y el baño muy completo
