Wonderful hotel with best breakfast in the whole world

I cannot stress enough how unbelievable the breakfast was here. Amazing selection, presentation and service. Far beyond any other hotel breakfast. Top that off with great rooms, convenient location and superb staff. If you’re reading this review… stop reading and book a room here already! (Thanks to reception staff member Mateo for being so wonderful!)

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had! The breakfast was beyond delicious. The plate presentation, available options, along with the food made to order were all outstanding. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious, clean and comfy. The location was a brief walk to most things. 15/10!! (Mateo, Martina, Lidija, Mikula, and Jadranka were all fantastic!!)

We have come here for a work related trip, and to be honest, I would come here anytime again!

Super nice hotel with friendly staff, helpfull with anything. The lady at the breakfast table gave us a very personal and amicable approach. If I could only have this atecery hotel. Breakfast is fantastic. Take the Salmon Avocado toast and enjoy the rest they serve you!

Middle of the rown of Split. Close by to all good restauration and shops. No view from the window, but I do’t really need that.

I would come again! Maybe on a private trip!

The service here was faultless.
The location is perfect.
The rooms are large and comfy and well sound insulated.
The bar and restaurant offer a good range of dishes and drinks
The à la carte breakfast is wonderful.
I really enjoyed my stay here.
The on site spa and wellness facilities are also brilliant.

Lovely place to watch the sun go down with drinks. However when we came to pay, their machine did not work. Didn’t even get notifications on our banking apps that the payments had been attempted. And we had 30 mins of trying multiple cards without them letting us leave. In the end one of use had to trek across town to a cash machine, and they wouldn’t let the other two of us leave in the meantime. They treated us horribly. Avoid this place.

I could literally give it an extra star for the kind of service and care that the hotel had provided us. Right from day 1 I could see the hotel reception staff being very friendly and welcoming. They gave me a lot of suggestions to visit in split. They even contacted a few local agents to get us an activity organised. Very friendly staff. I appreciate the management for hiring/training their staffs well. I would personally like to appreciate Mira for her continued support all through our stay.

We had a 4 night long stay in the hotel and unfortunately all our activities had got cancelled due to bad weather. But the hotels location supported our stay. We could easily walk around the city centre and a few tourist attractions.

I must definitely appreciate the dining staffs for their immense care and hospitality. I really loved their breakfast. Lots of options for everyone. The quality of food and the taste is simply awesome. To top it all their service and the delivery with a smile always was something to be noted!

I would strongly recommend this place to everyone visiting split. They even upgraded my room for free which definitely made us feel special.

Thank you so much team and the management for making us feel like home. We really loved staying at this hotel!

Update and in reply:
Perhaps you need to upgrade your systems. I have a 1250 euro invoice that proves I was your guest for 2 nights. We had a horrible experience at your hotel and your staff did not do much to assist. In the heat of summer with broken AC and a half working fan, we had to open the main door at night to let the cool air in from the corridor. You people are running a scam hotel and I warn others to stay away from it.

We were placed in a room with broken air-conditioning and subject to road noise. Given the price charged completely unacceptable. They gave us a fan to compensate for broken air-conditioning but even the fan was malfunctioning. Terrible experience . Would not be returning at all to this horrible scam of a hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town and close to the palace. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are good and spacious. The only minus would be the price. But then again Split is as expensive as Dubrovnik.
