Sono stato ospite per quattro giorni in questa struttura, La proprietaria Katerina si è mostrata sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa, sempre pulita e con due terrazzine. La gentilissima proprietaria l'ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato la possibilità di una doccia prima del traghetto. Stanza vicina ai locali del porto di Serifos, perfetto per fare due passi e vicina alla spiaggia. Grazie di tutto

Ωραίο, ησυχία, κοντά στο λιμάνι,μέσα σε στενό όμως,δεν βλέπεις θάλασσα, καθαρό δωμάτιο,το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ σκληρό (κατά την γνώμη μου) .

small but very clean room. strickly no internet (may be the only place like that on the island) but you can use the wifi in any restaurant / bar all over the island. close to the beach

Per la nostra vacanza di una settimana nella meravigliosa Serifos abbiamo deciso di soggiornato presso una maisonette di Aliktypo Studios (appartamento 1). La prenotazione ha avuto luogo per tramite di un'agenzia di viaggio ed è stata semplice ed efficace. L'alloggio corrispondeva alla presentazione dell'agenzia: molto vicino al mare, con vista verso la Chora da un'amplissimo terrazzo, completamente e recentemente ristrutturato con gusto e materiali di qualità, perfettamente attrezzato. Avendo noleggiato un'auto, abbiamo potuto utilizzare un parcheggio protetto e gratuito nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio. Come previsto ogni giorno sono state effettuate le pulizie e, se richiesto, il cambio di biancheria. La proprietaria Katerina si è dimostrata sempre presente, squisitamente disponibile e prodiga di molti preziosi consigli. Assolutamente da consigliare

Very clean place! Really, when we got there, it seemed like we were the first ones to ever book this room????. The room we had was very cosy and traditional-looking according to the area's "rules". Katerina the host, is friendly and very helpful. The place has direct access (some walking needed) to one of the best and easiest to reach beaches on the island. Only small downside is the private parking which although existed, you need to walk a bit to get there. Again, not a bad thing as in the islands it's difficult to have everything...

Ideal location just a few metres back from the beach. Bars and restaraunts close by. Lovely stylised modern accommodation, very clean. Everything works including internet. Katerina is the proprietor and is a wonderfully helpful lady. We stayed only 3 nights but want to return for at least a week.
