When we initially walked into the room we thought that it looked small but quaint. Then the smell of possible mold penetrated our nostrils, then we noticed the pubic hair in the bide', the ceiling above the shower was peeling off, the actual shower was dirty, old, and the shower head is at risk of falling on you at any minute. The vent in the bathroom was filthy, just like the rest of the bathroom. The bedroom is very small, unclean, with a weird large mirror in the wall opposite of the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable, very soft but mostly because it felt old. The bedsheet that covered the mattress was ripped in one corner. There is no cellphone reception and there was no mention of Wi-Fi availability. We made this reservation in August and slept there on October 15th at the rate of $71.76. I could not sleep, except for 5 minutes at the time due to exhaustion. We left the room at 4am as fast as possible. I don't like to give negative reviews, but in this case I think it is irresponsible if I don't.

Ottima posizione, ma niente frigo in camera (solo fuori condiviso), macchina del caffè senza cialde solo a pagamento (per pagarlo da voi lo prendo al bar).

Great location to walk to everything in Cagliari. It’s centrally located and just downhill from a plaza that has a supermarket, various restaurants, a gelateria, etc. It’s also just a few minutes from the bus and train stations.

The rooms are clean, though everything is very old. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower was very tight with a shower-head that leaked water. The AC was very noisy, and the common area - despite looking like it’s equipped as a kitchen - lacked basics like forks or knives.

Reception let us store our bags when we arrived early and were friendly during the check in and check out.

Ubicación super centríco, personal muy amable y listo para ayudar. No había sitio en el garaje para nuestro coche pero hemos encontrado un sitio justo en frente facilmente. Había que reservar antes si uno tiene coche.

Great hosts that go above and beyond for their guests. Nice, clean rooms with AC, located in the very heart of Cagliari yet we couldn't hear any noise during the night.
Super pet-friendly.
Ask for restaurant/bar recommendations and you won't be disappointed.

Les chambres sont pratiques mais assez vieilles et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le responsable principal est très agréable mais le reste ne sais vraiment pas comment parler à un client

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camere spaziose nel pieno centro di Cagliari. Bagno spazioso e pulito. Stiamo stati molto bene. Lo consiglio.

Abbiamo preso una camera, richiesta espressamente con balcone e pagata per averlo. Una volta arrivati, ci siamo trovati di fronte una finestra. Il materasso a molle vecchissimo e scomodo, il bagno un buco, nemmeno il clima acceso per farci trovare la stanza calda. Acqua calda nel bagno che arrivava quando si ricordava. Presente la macchina da caffè ma senza cialde, niente cestino colazione, nulla di nulla.
L'unica nota positiva è il punto centrale.
Insoddisfatti.
Bello poi, leggere la risposta alle sole recendioni positive.

Sardinia Domus è:
Un’elegante struttura ricettiva sita nel centro storico di Cagliari, a due passi dal porto, e a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto di Cagliari Elmas.
Le camere sono tutte spaziose e confortevoli, bagno in camera, Tv con digitale, WIFI, e climatizzazione autonoma.
La colazione viene servita presso Eno’ (Bar ristorante dello stesso gruppo), dove è possibile gustare piatti tipici sardi, quando il tempo è bello è possibile sfruttare lo spazio esterno.
Sardinia Domus è
aperto 24 ore su 24, per tanto è possibile effettuare il checkin anche molto tardi.

Service is very nice, the rooms are cleaned daily. Location is nice, the quality of the showers and the bed could be a little better, but it’s ok. No serious complaints and no serious excitements.

La posizione e la vista sono ottime. La colazione consta di una capsula di caffè lasciata in stanza e di qualche merendina in busta. Il portone avendo una serratura molto antica (si trova in un palazzo storico di Cagliari) talvolta è difficoltoso nell'apertura, ragion per cui dopo aver chiesto aiuto alla reception (pensavo si fosse definitivamente bloccato), mi sono sentita dire "Signora dopo 3 giorni che lei è qui dovrebbe avere imparato" - non è stato molto carino. L'arredamento è ottocentesco e abbastanza funzionale, le porte e i muri molto sottili, ho dormito male perché sentivo ogni parola o passo provenienti dalle camere circostanti.

C'est une amie qui m'a trouvé cet hôtel et j'en suis vraiment ravie ! Très bon accueil , le personnel est vraiment adorable : à l'écoute et aimable .
Les chambres ont du charme . J'ai eu une chambre avec une très belle vue .
L'hôtel est idéalement situé ! Je recommande !

Ottima posizione, strategica per muoversi ovunque e a 2 passi da una buonissima Pasticceria per fare colazione. Pulizia eccellente, camere ristrutturate con gusto e con ogni confort. Tanta disponibilità e gentilezza dei ragazzi della reception, molto professionali. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
