Dies ist ein angenehmes wohnliches Hostel. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, WLAN vorhanden, die Zimmer sind relativ sauber.
Wir hatten zum Frühstück einen riesigen Pancake mit Obst, der wirklich lecker war.
Parken kann man auf der Seitenstraße neben dem Hostel.
Kartenzahlung ist möglich, macht aber die üblichen 5% Aufschlag.
Wir haben spontan eine weitere Nacht gebucht, um uns erst einmal mit Costa Rica vertraut zu machen ????

Good and clean hostel. They even were flexible to cancel an upcoming booking free of charge. Social section is nice, but don’t expect a party hostel!

Das W Hostel ist in der Nähe der Busbahnhöfe Mepe und 5-7. was für uns gut war. Die Umgebung ist etwas Gewöhnung bedürftig. Es war nicht leicht dieses Hostel zu erkennen. Das Hostel selbst ist klasse. Tolle Zimmer und sehr sauber.

The place reeked of marihuana smell, and tabacco, I asked if they could help about that, they said it was Kool because it was in the "green areas" however it was inside the hotel in the garden, it gave me a headache and nausea, I stormed out of there, there's a no refund policy, so I got out and didn't even ask for anything back, maybe you like a place to smoke and whatnot, it's your go to place...

Endroit parfait pour un départ matinal depuis le Terminal 7-10. Quartier plutôt mal fréquenté mais une présence policière dans les rues pourra vous rassurer si besoin.

the girl at reception is hateful. I politely asked to speak a little louder because I couldn't hear what she was saying to me. She told me no coldly. after that in the dormitory has 8 beds she put me in the worst place without a socket for charging. I asked politely if I could take the bed below and she told me no, people were coming later. there is no bed reservation in a hostel. it was just to hang out and in the end no one came. Finally impossible to use my medium-sized padlock which did not fit in the locker. impossible to politely ask to lend me a padlock. It was 4 $ the padlock for one night while I had mine. in more than 40 hostels I have never seen this. hostel to run away !

Nos recibieron súper bien. No hubo ningún problema con estacionarnos dentro del lugar. Tanto las habitaciones como el hostel estaban súper limpios. La gente siempre fue simpática. No tuvimos problemas de ruidos dentro del hostel ni tampoco a los alrededores ya que es un lugar muy tranquilo.
Cerca hay restaurantes, un mall y bares.
Existe una cocina que también siempre estuvo en buenas condiciones: limpia y ordenada.

Excelente lugar en San José, para hospedarse. En barrio Los Yoses, cerca del centro. Cerca de barrio Escalante, cerca de la Ucr. Muchos lugares para comer cerca. Buena atención. Lindo Hostel con muchas plantas!!! Recomiendo!!

We had a wonderful two night stay here. Walking distance from the hostel you have a soda (which is a great way to eat on a budget) and a couple mini marts. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
There is gated parking which was a plus! They have a charming outside space where you can enjoy relaxing.
We high recommend staying at Lost In San Jose Hostel.

No check-in after 10pm and they refuse to let us check-in at (most) 11pm. So for 1h they ask to cancel the prenotation already accepted. Terrible.

This place is one of those few golden jewels i found upon my trip that really aced all expectations.
The couple that owns EcoStay are an absolute delight to be hosted by; extremely helpful and polite with great tips of potential destinations if u ask.

The Shared Dorm has awesome beds, curtains for privacy and its peaceful and quiet. They got two super clean bathrooms[like the hygiene of the dorm of this place is on par with a 4Star hotel whuuut?! ????].

That combined with an exellent location close to everything makes it a "Must Stay" if ur in San Jose.
