Impresionante naturaleza

Beautiful grounds, great location, 4 stars due to outdated rooms (our bathtub was literally peeling) and a few hiccups with the wait staff.
The good: beautiful location in the cloud forest with well maintained trails, nice feather garden, excellent food overall. We were excited to have good views of the quetzal just a short van ride from the hotel.
Minor detractors: rooms are quite rustic which is great but bathtub was literally peeling apart. Tomato soup tasted rancid one night, kitchen apologized and offered replacement, also several times they mixed up peoples orders (but in a group of 16 this is forgivable!!!), the bar offers happy hour but be careful… if you are 2 people and request 2 drinks… you will receive 4 (2 orders of 2) unless you are specific! The spa was nice but the jacuzzi (which is $25 to use) was out of order.
Bottom line: would we come back? Yes

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Quetzal Nationalparkes und ist vor allem für Vögelliebhaber ein toller Ort. Der Garten mit den Kolibri ist wunderschön und bietet eine Vielzahl von Vögeln.
Die Zimmer könnten besser ausgestattet sein und wirken leblos. Dies gilt umso mehr für das Badezimmer.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Die Wanderwege waren sehr schön und abwechslungsreich.
Negativ muss ich anmerken, daß fast alle zusätzlichen Aktivitäten auf dem Hotelgelände mit Zusatzkosten verbunden waren.

Un lugar increíble en medio de un valle Maravilloso; hace dos semanas disfrutamos de este lugar y volveríamos sin duda, la atención de todo el personal es excelente, nos sentimos como en casa.

Un gran lugar, Hotel, senderos, miradores, fantástico restaurante, con personal superatento y amable. Con un área donde puedes acceder con tu mascota a la terraza del restaurante,
