Une vue magnifique sur le port vénitien et "Koules". Petit déjeuné et repas copieux.
Je recommande pour tous ceux et celles qui viennent en Crête.
Per la prima volta ho trovato un hotel di cui sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto.
si trova a circa 10 minuti dall'aeroporto di Heraklion, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, dal mercato e da tutti i vari negozi e supermercati.
La pulizia delle camere è ben eseguita, il personale competente, gentile e sempre disponibile.
Nota di merito ai pasti, semplicemente ben eseguiti e presentati;
Gli orari sono flessibili, con possibilità di pranzo/cena dalle 13.00 alle 22.00 per permette di gestire al meglio la propria giornata.
Colazione altrettanto sfiziosa a buffet.
La colazione viene servita dalle 7.30 alle 10.30 )se non errore) a piano terra, mentre pranzo e cena vengono effettuati nella terrazza al 4^ piano dell'hotel con una vista molto bella sul porto e la fortezza veneziana.
Nel complesso sono rimasto veramente colpito e faccio i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff.

The annex has no front desk so checking in is across the street at the main hotel lobby and so is breakfast.
For parking, Lato has a deal with the Heraklion port so you can park at the port parking lot for free which is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. You show your keycard to get access/entry to the parking lot.
The rooms are very typical European style where there is just enough space for the bed and your luggage. The bathroom is just enough space for toilet and shower. I didn’t mind it at all since I was only there to sleep and shower.
I would recommend a stay! The location is very conveniently located within walking distance to the town square/city center!
The breakfast was truly fantabulous with a large variety of choices and all the food was great. The front desk guided us to the restaurant Peskesi for outstanding Cretan food--locally sourced and sustainably grown and served. The atmosphere at Peskesi was fantastic also.
The rooms were spotless and superbly maintained. As with the Greek people everywhere, the staff were friendly and more than helpful with anything we needed.
We would definitely return and definitely stay here again.
Décorées "tendance" les chambres sont confortables, en particulier les suites avec vue sur le fort vénitien.
Le personnel est aimable, le petit-déjeuner est bon (buffet avec large choix)
Et comme le prix est tout à fait abordable, cet hôtel représente un bon choix à Héraklion.
Par contre nous avons apprécié la déco et l'excellent petit déjeuner.
