一段小历史
La Binerie Mont-Royal由Léonide Lussier创建于1938年，在著名的同名大道上已有81年的历史，展示了魁北克传统美食最纯粹的表达。烤猪肉、炖肉、培根、奶油蛋糕、牧羊人馅饼......以及不少于32吨的烤豆，每年都在那里准备。

伊夫-博切曼（Yves Beauchemin）的小说和电影《马图》（Le Matou）就是以比内利-蒙罗亚尔（Binerie Mont-Royal）为背景。
蒙特利尔前市长Camilien Houde和明星冰球运动员Maurice Richard曾经在那里玩耍。

La nourriture y est bonne et servie en quantité raisonnable.
My go-to order is #9 (the black sausage combo). Their black sausage is great! I also get a piece of their tourtière as a side too. Their tourtière (Québécois meat pie) is amazing: well-seasoned, no salty aftertaste.
My only complaint is that the beans cooked in lard can sometimes be too salty. But I love those beans, they are not the sweet baked beans people usually think of.
Good thing is that they open until 9pm in the weekend, so I can visit them when I am hungover.
My wife loves it so much that we had our wedding anniversary dinner there!
