Il fallait réclamer pour qu’on nous amène ce qui est inclut sur le menu et oubliez la confiture, elle n’est jamais arrivée.
Le comble : ils incluent 15% de service sur la facturé malgré ce service désastreux et ont le culot de demander encore un tip !
C’est loin d’être au niveau de service dont on est habitué au Québec. Le Gault n’est plus ce qu’il était, nous n’y retournerons plus jamais sous cette administration. À ÉVITER POUR LE RESTO.
We stayed for work and to celebrate a birthday, in future we will be extending our stay to make use of more of the amenities. We were upgraded to a corner loft which was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The wind down service was also a perk that we enjoyed after our day of travel, work and celebrations!
A simple but delightful highlight was the bath/shower gel fragrance, as it matches the top notes of my favourite perfume - I forgot to request it from the hotel boutique in time for checkout but I will be ordering it online.
We did also use the Valet parking, it was timely and easy to arrange. I don’t typically use this service but it was a nice addition to our stay.
Having been to Montreal many times and of the boutique hotels I’ve stayed with, this was an absolute standout trip. Thank you!
