When we checked in my husband specifically said - it is my wife’s birthday please give us clean rooms. The guy at the front desk said “I only have one nice room”. We went ahead to check the rooms, smelly with stained duvet covers and furniture. Beds had hair in it ???? We came back asking for a refund and the guy said the booking is not refundable. I have experience working at the front desk and we paid at the property so the rooms were refundable for sure when we did not like the rooms at all. Anyways, I did not want to be extremely picky so I requested if we can see some other rooms- the new rooms were better. Now the only thing in my mind was that if you had better rooms why wouldn’t you give us those when we first requested knowing that it was my birthday??? We did not ask for a free upgrade or anything just asked clean rooms.. the evening guy at the front desk needs to learn customer service for real. This comes from someone who has been in hotel industry for long. You can do better!!

P.S. - we reserved the rooms with two queen beds each but were given both rooms with one bed.

Avons eu la suite NewYorkaise à 201$ taxes incl. 1 nuit samedi au dimanche , les points négatifs bain tourbillon défectueux, robinet défectueux mais fonctionnel, propreté laisse à désiré, et
Pour finir la tv câble hdmi défectueux alors pas vraiment satisfait pour le prix payer ????

TheI found it nice and big for the room-suite we took. Moreover, the staff was really nice with us, taking care of our needs. The hotel is well located arround everything in town. It is far enough from road's noises. Even if for only one night, and just for a sleep before moving ahead, our first impression was positive both for the quality and the service. I hope we will have more time to know more the place and explore more of their services the next time.
