Clean smaller modern hotel , walking distance from everything

Super emplacement qui permet un accès facile à la haute comme à la basse-ville. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le lit était petit mais douillet. Les lieux étaient calmes ou bien insonorisés! Nous étions du côté arrière donc la vue était plus agréable.
Meilleur rapport qualité-prix à Quebec selon moi.

Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Close to Old Québec City and groceries.

Room rate in October 2023 was $157 per night.

Super convenient location with walking distance from cruise terminal, train station and the old part of Quebec City. Rooms were renovated and comfortable.

We stayed for two days as part of an end-of-summer get-away. The front-desk staff were courteous and helpful in facilitating nearby parking and breakfast options. The room was a neat mixture of modern and restored. The room size was good and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The pull-out bed was comfortable for our 9-year-old.

The carpet could have used a steam cleaning and there was inadequate space to hang up clothing, but it wasn't too big a deal. We had difficulty with the pressure in our toilet, and the staff had to scramble to fix it a couple of times. (The serviceability of bathroom appliances should not pre-occupy a guest - especially since the hotel was full and a room change was not possible.)

The black-out curtains were effective in preventing light from the gas station across the street from flooding our room with light at night. There are bars and sometimes noisy traffic in the area, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. We would consider staying here again, but we'd also consider some of the hotels on the nearby walking streets.

Would not stay there again. Our room was an odd shape with the toilet way too close to the wall.
When we approached the receptionist about it we were told we could only swap rooms if we upgraded and paid extra, definitely poor service

Renovated small hotel in Old Quebec (city). Beautiful clean modern rooms, minutes by foot to the heart of old Quebec. Friendly helpful staff. I can't say enough about this place it was awesome!

Nous y sommes allés pour le travail. Le stationnement n'est pas inclus mais disponible à proximité. L'employé de l'accueil était sympathique et efficace. La chambre était propre et confortable.
