A due passi dalla Piazza principale di Trieste. Ho alloggiato per 3 giorni e 3 notti e non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi. Camera ben curata, abbastanza funzionale. Molto gradita la bottiglia d'acqua e di vino trovata nella stanza come omaggio di benvenuto. Da migliorare leggermente il servizio di check-in con la chiave da ritirare all'esterno tramite digitazione del codice, magari semplificarlo.Ho trovato un po macchinoso il processo

All i can say is that everything was in order and clean. The Hotel(?) has a beautiful library at entrance. The service i can say is very quick to answer all your questions via email. So its a big plus.Unfortunately, the balcony on top of building is closed and its understandable from safety concerns( a beautifull chandelier is attached to a glass roof going all the way down to first floor) but a metal railing around the chandelier holder would be a nice touch and i can only imagine the view from up above....

Location extremely good. Right in the center of Triest. There is one flaw: We had a room on the 5th floor and it was impossible to have open windows. Too loud. Noice from the below street. Even with closed windows loud. Take a room to the backside.

Ótima estadia, como no dia seguinte embarcaríamos em um cruzeiro, o Porto fica bem próximo. E bem próximo à estação central .

Ottima posizione. A meno di 100 metri dall'albergo ci sono supermercati, lavanderia a gettone, bar, ristoranti, ecc. Prenotazione fatta direttamente con loro all'ultimo momento e la ragazza è stata molto disponibile. Le camere sono ampie e abbastanza confortevoli. Suggerisco lasciare in camera un po di detersivo per la lavatrice. Manca un po di manutenzione, principalmente nel bagno. La pulizia deve migliorare.

Albergo situato in centro, ristrutturato e arredato dal design ricercato e minimal. Ambiente pulitissimo e accoglievole. Il check in è online e tramite un codice da inserire viene data la tessere per l'accesso alla stanza.

Albergo situato in zona centrale, l'appartamento è ampio, ben tenuto ed arredato con cura. Composto da ampia camera, bagno con doccia, cucina e disimpegno.
L'albergo non ha la reception ma si accede direttamente dal portone e le camere si raggiungono con scale o ascensore.
In generale il giudizio è positivo, l'unica piccola criticità e che il fine settimana la movida in zona si fa particolare sentire ed i serramenti non isolano molto dal rumore.

Great position. Great local restaurants and shops. Like in small town, but you are in big one. Minus is parking. Nothing free or cheap around. Not a place to go with private car ????

Preis/ Leistung passt. Super zentrale Lage. Studios modern, leider sehr wenig Licht. Handtuch und Bettwäsche Service super.

Grundsätzlich zu empfehlen:
+ gepflegt und sauber
+ sehr gute Lage
+ praktische Annehmlichkeiten wie Waschmaschine, etc.
+ sehr geräumig
+ Begrüßung im Zimmer mit Flasche Wein und Wasser
+ Sehr neues, modernes Mobiliar
+ Top Dusche
+ Handtücher und Föhn vor Ort

Minuspunkte für uns:
- Lärmbelastung: das Haus ist relativ hellhörig. Außerdem mussten wir bei offenen Fenstern schlafen, damit es kühl genug war - dadurch hörten wir den Straßenlärm sehr stark. Auch die Lüftungsanlage und der Stromzähler waren recht laut
- Service: in unserem Zimmer gab es für 3 Gäste und 4 Tage Aufenthalt nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier - als wir per SMS nach mehr Toilettenpapier fragten, erhielten wir nie eine Antwort.

Alles in allem aber eine sehr gute Erfahrung und zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut war:
- Lage (alles schön fußläufig zu erreichen)
- Flexibler check in und checkout via Schlüsselbox
- Hochwertige Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo, Duschgel, Bodylotion) von Stopthewaterwhileusingme
- Sauberkeit
- Bequemes Bett
- Gutschein für Parkhaus
- Keine Tagesdecke und Tageskissen lagen nicht auf den Kissen, fanden wir super ;)

Nicht gut war:
- Das Wasser im Waschbecken ist überhaupt nicht abgeflossen sodass wir 3 Tage lang einen See im Waschbecken hatten
- Lärm von anderen Bewohnern und Straße
- Lüftung im Bad (die immer mit dem Licht anging) war super laut

Leider hat es uns insgesamt nicht so gut gefallen wie es die Bilder versprochen haben. Irgendwie war nicht alles so richtig renoviert (Bad, Böden, Türen,…) sodass wir uns nicht 100% wohl gefühlt haben.
