Zero hygiene! The bread pieces they bring to new guests is the same bread that was left from previous customers!!!
I was sitting right in front of place where they prepare bread, and some of it was just “recycled” meaning those pieces that looked ok, after cleaning the table went straight to the new plate. I have a video of it.

The food was outstanding, every bite celebrates the abundance of the surrounding region. Ratana has an impressive wine selection that pairs well with all their dishes. The warm, inviting décor, with its soft lighting, creates an atmosphere of intimate elegance, perfect for a romantic evening or a gathering of friends. The staff was attentive but not overbearing and friendly while helping guide our culinary experience. Ratana is more than just a restaurant; it's a celebration of the rich culinary heritage of Italy, infused with the vibrant spirit of the local community.
