Danke an Adelia für die schönen Momente, das leckere Frühstück und deinen italienischen Frohsinn. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Allein das Ambiente versetzt einem in das alte Venedig. Klein, sauber, super Service. 5 Sterne für alles. Grüße Tobias & Familie

Siamo stati in un appartamento al pianterreno, molto ampio, pulito, silenziosissimo e fresco, arredato alla veneziana, equipaggiato con tutto, con microonde, bollitore, doccia grande, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, scarichi funzionanti, spazio per almeno 5 adulti. Letti comodi, rifatti ogni giorno, e numerosi asciugamani. La colazione è preparata al momento nella locanda adiacente, che ospita altre camere.
La zona è tranquilla e sicura, a 5 minuti dalla fermata Accademia e a 10 dalla gondola traghetto della Dogana, che con soli 2 euro porta a San Marco, attraverso il Canal Grande. Dorsoduro è un Sestiere accogliente e poco affollato: ci siamo stati a metà agosto, ma non abbiamo mai trovato la massa. Due minuti, ed ecco il Peggy Guggenheim; 6 minuti, e siamo alle Gallerie dell'Accademia e al Ponte.
Prezzi ottimi, soprattutto se si contattano direttamente i proprietari; pulizia ovunque e infinita gentilezza. Ci torneremo!

Dimora storica dove pare di fare un salto nel passato.

Beautiful hotel in academia district. Accommodations were beautiful. We were provided new blow dryer when one didnt work. The refrigerator was stocked with affordable treats. We were provided a fan when the weather was hot and the AC was not allowed to be used due to Italy's policy. The staff was very helpful. We had to leave at 4:15 am by water taxi to get to the airport and it was all set up by staff. Great location and easy to walk to many areas
