Excelente ubicación, magnífica atención por parte del personal. Nuestra habitación con terraza con fabulosas vistas a la Basílica y la torre Campanile. El hotel no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida ya que no dispone de ascensor, pero pese a eso es una muy buena opción para cualquier turista que quiera estar en un lugar privilegiado con vistas a los más importantes monumentos que ofrece Venecia.

Ha sido el peor hotel de la historia de mi vida ;donde yo he tenido que pasar no una sino dos noches tras haber hecho una reserva de un dia .y al querer reservar otro me hizo pagar una primada.
Lamentable el olor, las instalaciones vergonzosas y mis habitaciones , la num3 y la num 6 eran viejas, sucias, pequeñas y sencillamente , penosas.
El baño del año 30 y la ducha apenas salía el agua.
Me he sentido estafada , enfadada y muy desilusionada.
Además me dijeron que no eran habitaciones económicas sino standard, supuestamente mejores.
Evidentemente la estrella que tiene se la deberían de quitar y las reseñas que tiene no son reales pues solo hacen mención a la problemática de las escaleras , que es para atletas, obviando todos estos detalles de mayor importancia.

Everything is dated, and the room with the balcony is just one room that you’ll be lucky to get, the decor is straight out of the 1960‘s. But that aside everything is clean.
The people managing tje place are super friendly and nice, but do not take the tips for breakfast, the restaurant they have a deal with is terrible.

The location ( a short 20m dogleg ) just off Piazza San Marco makes it a complete winner and easy to access from the Alilaguna for airport arrivals and departures.
New management have installed keypads for both entry doors which works well and you now keep your room key with you.
The decor has not changed but the rooms have everything you need and lovely water pressure for the hot shower.
The stairs are steep but depending on your room you may have a wonderful view over the rooftops. Venice is for walking and exploring and you can not beat this hotel's location.
We were there this time for 3 nights in a triple room in mid to late December and the room was lovely and warm.
The gentleman at Reception was very helpful. The room was serviced everyday and was spotless.
Can't wait to come back.
