Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, πολυ καθαρό, τα δωμάτια πολύ ήσυχα! Τα μπάνιο και οι πετσέτες πάρα πολύ καθαρές! Στην είσοδο υπάρχει αυτόματος πωλητής με νερό, καφέ, αναψυκτικά πολυ χρήσιμο!
Αξίζει να σημειωθεί οτι η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια, καθώς και βοηθητικό το video που μας έστειλε το ξενοδοχείο για να βρούμε την τοποθεσία. Οι δυο άνδρες στην ρεσεψιον ευγενέστατοι και φιλικοί. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Hotel económico. Teniendo en cuenta los precios elevados de Venecia es una opción válida. Ofrece servicio de cuarto, máquina expendedora de bebidas a buen precio y snacks.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία San Marco (6min) αλλά κατά στην γέφυρα Rialto (4min). Έχει μηχάνημα που βγάζει καφέ, νερό, αναψυκτικά που μας ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο. Το δωμάτιο μας είχε θέα στο κανάλι και ακριβώς δίπλα είχε πιάτσα με γόνδολα. Δεν είχε ψυγείο μέσα στο δωμάτιο αλλά δεν μας ήταν και απαραίτητο.

(Was there in September 2023). Honestly, this is the best place to stay in Venice. When you consider the price and the location, it seems unbelievable. I spent the best three days of my life, in the most beautiful place on planet Earth, and I didn't spend a fortune. Just wonderful!

Me cancelaron la reserva que tenía desde hacía más de un mes diciendo que mi tarjeta no era válida y no era cierto, mi opinión es que me costó un precio y ahora valía mucho más. Me puso en contacto con el hotel con mensajes y llamadas y no obtuve respuesta, con los billetes de avión sacados y las ilusiones puestas en el viaje, son unos impresentables. NO LO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL

Horrible malisima, me cancelaron la habitación que había reservado mas barato para ahora ellos poder venderla mas cara, me la han cancelado ellos porque han querido sin motivo alguno para venderla a 4 veces el precio por el que yo la reserve, asique la verdad la experiencia ha sido super desagradable, hable con ellos por wasap por que me ofrecieron una habitación mejor por mas dinero y al decirles que yo queria la que yo tenia resevada decidieron cancelarmela para venderla mas cara.

W samym centrum Wenecji 6 minut do placu św. Marka. Trzy do mostu Rialto, o ile ktoś ma dobrą orientację. Hotel wysyła filmik jak dojść, bardzo pomocny.

L’hôtel annule la réservation pour des motifs non valable. Attention à ce que vous voyez sur booking, les avis ne sont pas concrets. Le personnel vous harcèle sur la messagerie de booking pour votre WhatsApp, annule la réservation et fait le mort pour ne plus vous répondre.

Non prenotate!! Pessima esperienza! Dopo aver prenotato un soggiorno come regalo per i miei genitori, per ben 3 volte mi ha rifiutato la carta(sempre diversa). Aggiornata per l’ultima volta la carta non ho ricevuto risposta per circa una settimana ( stando con il dubbio se la prenotazione fosse andata a buon fine, visto che era anche un regalo). Proprietario irreperibile sia telefonicamente che per mail. Ho chiamato booking, nemmeno a loro rispondeva.comunque dopo 2 gg di attesa booking mi ha annullato gratuitamente la prenotazione ed ho detto loro di segnalarlo.
Non vorrei pensare a male, ma secondo me lo fa di proposito a non accettare per svariate volte le carte e poi, dopo, a rendersi irreperibile, magari spera che qualcuno rinunci al soggiorno per pagare l’intera somma visto che non è rimborsabile.

La struttura fa fare la prenotazione poi dice che la carta non funziona. In piu' non rispondono nemmeno. Sarebbero da eliminare da booking.

Kleines, einfaches Hotel in Top Lage mitten in Venedig. Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Hotel waren unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Die Bezahlung per Kreditkarte (Buchung über Booking.com) hat, anders als von vielen hier berichtet, bei uns problemlos funktioniert.
Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, die Wände sehr dünn (man konnte die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn hören). Die fantastische Aussicht über den Kanal hat das aber wieder wett gemacht.

Ik snap de slechte reviews eerlijk gezegd totaal niet. Het hotel zit in hartje Venetie en de badkamers zijn super schoon. Het personeel heel vriendelijk. Het hotel is wellicht een beetje gehorig maar dat was voor mij totaal geen probleem. Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Me estafaron, cobran el importe con tarjeta, después cancelan la reserva y no devuelven el importe.
Hice la reserva a traves de Booking como intermediario y el pago se hacía en el hotel, confiando que estaba Booking por medio, la persona del hotel me pide por chat los datos de mi tarjeta para cobrarme, insiste mucho para cobrar el importe, cuando consigue cobrarlo cancela la reserva y no vuelve a responder, dejándome sin alojamiento y sin mi dinero. Cuando vaya a Italia iré a reclamar mi dinero, si existe el hotel cuando vaya...

Booking and Agoda rated the hotel 9.
However I received the same treatment as other - said card cannot be charged ( 5 days before ) And their price now doubled too.

Wasting time , if they not keen to accept business in advance / accept earlier booking with low price - shouldn’t open for booking.

Shame on Italien. Italien way of hosting .

SCAM !! As many other reviewers testify, they reported my (perfectly working) credit card as invalid, twice, even after exchanges via whatsapp (w/Massimo) and accepting their so-called terms that this rsv is “not refundable for no reason”. They didn’t respond when i politely asked for an explanation or confirmation (as the rsv stayed active) or cancellation (only possible without charge if they do it..). So i was left to wait and fear for my card to be misused. I reported to bookingdotcom and hope they’ll take it off and do sth about this fraud. Thankfully the rsv was eventually officially cancelled. The same room which i booked for 100€ 10 days ago is now available for 452€… it’s ridiculous!!
