酒店简单而温馨，有一个小阳台。氛围很温馨。这家家庭旅馆位于圣克罗齐的中心地带，是一个平静的、很少被游客打扰的地方。客房是基本的，但也是舒适的，设备齐全，没有什么不妥之处。你会喜欢Altana，这个小的木制阳台，位于山脚下的小木屋上，可以俯瞰整个城市。自助餐是正确和常规的，附近有多芬披萨餐厅，可以吃到点心。是该区质量与价格的最佳平衡点。

The hosts are nice & friendly. The room renovated & clean but the walls are super thin. You can hear everything inside & outside of the hotel. Guests were loud & fighting late at night & no 24/7 reception to control this. We had trouble with the section of the ceiling as it was quite short & in the way. Wifi sucked, pretty much non-existent, not even 1Mbps. Heating could be warmer. The curtains were not proper for the windows. About 10min walk from the train station & 20min to San Marco Square.

Ein kleines schickes Hotel. 10 min fußläufig vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Die Lage kann man durchaus als ruhig bezeichnen. Zu den größeren Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Markus-Platz und der Rialto-Brücke läuft man von hier ca. 17-20 min. Im Gegensatz zu den Cafe's am Hotspot sind die Preise rund um das Hotel für Kaffee, Backwaren und Snacks deutlich preiswerter.
Die kleinen Zimmer des Hotels bieten alles was man braucht (wir hatten Nr. 101).
Ein sauberes, quietschfreies und bequemes Doppelbett, eine Klimaanlage und ein sauberes modernes Bad mit Dusche. Handtücher, Duschgel und ein Föhn sind mit im Preis.
Der Empfang von Joanluca war sehr herzlich. Wir waren bzw. sind von Venedig sehr begeistert und diese schöne kleine Hotel können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Pour un weekend de tourisme à Venise cet hébergement convient parfaitement (et était un des meilleurs ratios qualité prix que nous avions trouvés) :
- Emplacement très central tout en étant un peu en retrait des quartiers touristiques les moins vivables.
- le personnel est accessible et accueillant
- les chambres sont petites mais relativement confortables pour la taille. Elles sont moins vieillissantes que les photos me laissaient penser. Par contre un WC partagé pour autant de chambres n'est pas confortable, et l'isolation sonore entre les chambres est quasi inexistante, nous avons eu de la chance avec nos voisins mais ça ne sera pas forcément votre cas.

Casa Peron est un hotel propre et agréable . Sa situation en plein coeur de Venise facilite les déplacements dans la ville (les hotels sont généralement situés sue le Lido di Jesolo). L'accueil est chalereux et familial. Les prix sont un peu élévés mais sont liés à la situation privilégiée de l'hôtel
