C'est un service de transport très pratique pour rejoindre le centre de Florence. Le billet coûte 1,50€ et il est valable pendant 90 minutes.

The driver doesn't speak English and confirmed they go to the airport just to get you on the bus, and then inform you they don't accept CC, and don't have change (cash) for you to buy a ticket. After that, they informed their security that we didn't have a ticket and we got fined.
Felt trapped and robed. Awful experience.
