Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the room had a welcoming feel that perfectly matched the charming atmosphere of Florence, full of history. The central location made it easy to explore the city, although breakfast options were limited. Overall, it was a positive experience. ????

Geçtiğimiz haftalarda yaptığımız floransa gezimizde burada konakladık. Odaları oldukça temiz ve büyüktü. Personeller çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Çok memnun kaldık.

I was here with my wife and 3 kids, everything was clean and relatively comfortable. The staff was always super responsive and helpful finding us the parking even though we didn't book it in advance.
We wrongly booked a quadruple room but just for 2 adults and 1 kid. They let us find the crib, but we didn't have the fourth bed.
I've asked for it, obviously paying for it, but it was too late and the staff was no longer on site.
Our fault but otherwise the staff was super kind and nice!
Very easy to reach in the very center of Florence, easy to park, good size elevator (for the stroller and luggage).
Walkable with lots of things to do and see nearby.
I absolutely recommend it.

Extremely pleasant stay. Hotel is near the train station, staff are warming and welcoming, security measures gave a sense of safety. Housekeeping is on another level of keeping the room sparking clean!
