I was very surprised by the quality of this accomodation. For that price it was really bargain. Room was clean and very cosy. There was a TV, chair and table. Light system was also very clever. Breakfast for £7 really worth it. The staff was also very helpful with everything. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage there for how long you want.

The rooms are small. However, if you are using the rooms to sleep and shower, this is the place. We stay at the Westminster location. Super centric within walking distance of all the iconic London places, like Big Ben, the Eye, Westminster Abby, and Buckingham Palace.

Reasonably priced bar in the centre of Westminster. A good alternative to the crowded pubs.

This was the worst experience of my life! We stayed here previously in September of 2022, and it was okay. A great first time experience in London. Room was small, but overall everything worked. Since I enjoyed my first experience in 2022, figured I would enjoy my experience again. So this time around I booked a whole week here, and I regret it. It was the seven most miserable days of my life. We stayed here February 21-28, 2024, and it was awful. It took three rooms to finally find a room that worked for us, or so we thought. There was only one outlet in the room, and in the worse place possible. It had a whole wall with nothing, so we had to go buy an extension lead, which still wasn’t enough. Also the shower in the bathroom did not drain, and the floor would be full of nasty water every day. Well, I have open wounds on my foot from an injury, and that nasty water went inside my wounds a few times, and I hope I didn’t catch something from that gross water. We told the front desk about it, but they wouldn’t do anything. So we had to suffer the whole time we were there. Also the room was so dusty, and gross, especially behind the TV, and on the bottom of the bed closest to the wall. It was filthy. I noticed dust particles going in my open wound on my foot when I was putting a bandage on it. I just hope I didn’t catch something from that room that I can’t get rid of. I’m wondering how can they make us live like that? I can tell they don’t have standards there, like we do in America. Also the Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole time we were there. The strength was so poor, it only had 2%. Also, there’s no dressers, or big tables in there, or nowhere to put our stuff that we had. So we had to put all of our suitcases on the floor. Not fun at all getting your clothes on the floor. Especially when you’re disabled. When we didn’t think our stay could get worse, it did. We didn’t notice until we started to pack on Tuesday evening, but when we were packing we noticed we’re missing our reusable insulated bag filled with my ice cube sheets. Well, the only person that went in there was the housekeeper on Sunday February 25, even though we had the sign highlighted for no one to clean our room, but she went in there anyway. The only reason we noticed that is, because she put fresh towels on our bed, and she took our trash out. Well, we had our reusable bag with our reusable ice cubes sheets in the bathroom. When she took out the trash, she must have stole our bag with our ice cube sheets at the same time. What makes me mad is that they were brand-new, and it’s my first time using them, and then she steals them. I don’t know if she stole them to keep them, or throw them away. All I know is someone owes me a brand-new reusable bag with three, or four reusable ice cube sheets. Also, since it took three times to find us a room, we weren’t able to check in until almost 3:00 PM the day of the 21st, but we still have to pay a $10 early check-in fee. They said they would take care of that, and give us our money back, but nothing has been done yet. Hopefully it will here soon. To sum it all up, I was not a happy customer. I was very disappointed. FYI, this hotel is not luxury at all. Bare minimum necessities!
