Veramente vergognoso che un albergo 4 stelle possa vendere ai suoi clienti una stanza dove al suo esterno sotto la finestra ci sono i motori dell’impianto di riscaldamento, che generano un e rumore infernale

This hotel is the worst hotel we ever checked in in Europe . U have to carry all ur luggage up to lobby to check in using only stairs .It s just devastating depressing when u finish ur trip of the day. Then there are few more stairs within the building itself . The hotel includes 3 buildings which connected by glass door without enough guidance . The elevator has no screen to show which floor u r at . Despite the new renovation the room makes u feel u r sleeping outside . Air con was controlled remotely by the reception and reception only . The inroom service line is always busy .Most of our group slept with down coat on even the air con was up to 30 degree. When I called them with my own number to ask for advices for local food delivery or temperature for the room they always say come to the reception then we could help you. The day shift receptionist were better than the night shift one but it doesn’t make up the fact that the whole experience here doesn’t worth the money we paid .
