Hôtel extrêmement bien mis. Peu de rangement dans la chambre, j'avoue que la chambre m'a un peu déçue. Mais tout est très propre et le gros point positif de cet hôtel, c'est son buffet petit déjeuner succulent, salle avec une vue panoramique et un personnel au petit soin. Possibilité d'avoir un emplacement de parking à 25e la journée. Cher vu les prix appliqués dans les parkings avoisinants mais c'est pratique.

La ubicación y el personal lo mejor del hotel. Está situado súper bien para hacer turismo y tanto el personal de recepción como los camareros y demás trabajadores son súper atentos.
La zona del restaurante y terraza muy bonito y reformado.
Las habitaciones, al menos las nuestras no eran tan buenas, aspecto de estar muy viejas y descuidadas. Aunque la cama es cómoda los baños necesitan reforma, con grietas en la pared y las cortinas desgastadas por donde entraba la luz. No eran horribles pero para el precio del hotel me parecieron bastante pobres.

The hotel was well above my expectations. This was our first time to Italy. Very clean, staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Upon arriving, everything in the area was briefly explained and we received a map with recommendations tailored to our tastes. The room was very comfortable and the minibar was stocked with complimentary sparking and mineral water daily. The buffet breakfast was included and way beyond my tiny continental breakfast notions. Full buffet included fresh pastries and bakery items, eggs, sausage, bacon, luncheon meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, yogurt bar, honey on the comb, packaged biscuits, cereals and toasts to grab on the go, waters and juices and coffee to order. The only possible complaint is that I never figured out how to work the ac. Not a huge problem in early April, but later in the year I definitely would have remembered to ask. If the streets were less noisy at night, the door to the balcony could be open to let air in, but the streets can be very noisy from late night activities. The closed door keeps the noise out. I’m sure if I had asked, they would have showed me how to set the air conditioning as needed, I never thought of it when I was in the lobby or felt the need to call about it. Very happy with our stay.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero nada más. Es caro en relación con la calidad que ofrece, las habitaciones son normales para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo peor el parking: 35€ por día y les tienes que dejar las llaves para que te lo rayen porque mueven constantemente los coches sin ningún cuidado. El desayuno muy normal, tirando a flojo, poca variedad y calidad.

Estupenda estancia, ubicación perfecta.
Las habitaciones amplias y de calidad el equipamiento, mobiliario y sobre todo la cama.
El bar en la última planta ofrece unas vistas espectaculares, tanto para el desayuno como para una cena o copa a la noche.
El personal muy amable y con ganas de agradar.
Un descubrimiento!!!

2泊しました。トレド駅から徒歩1分、スーパーや飲食店、繁華街に近くて非常に便利でした。朝食は最上階の会場で景色が良く、おかずの種類はほどほどですが、パンの種類が多く、クロワッサンは特に美味しかったです。ホテルスタッフの対応も良かったです。立地重視であれば、特におすすめできるホテルです。

このホテルのスタッフの温かい対応には感謝しきれません。以前2回滞在し今回家族都合で宿泊叶わず、それでも再訪した際に素晴らしい対応を受けました。どうもありがとうございました。また必ず利用します。
ナポリでおすすめのホテルとして最初は地元の人から勧められました。交通も買い物も立地がいいです。屋上の朝食は景色も良く素晴らしいです。
2018年に宿泊した後、毎年誕生日祝いのメールが届きます。高級ですが、ナポリらしい人情味溢れるホテルです。
