Kelis Sea Tour was wonderful!! We saw 8 whales total, I believe. Two of the whales were swimming together, so we followed them around for awhile. It was such an incredible sight! Mac, the guide was funny and very knowledgeable! Had a great time!

We saw many humpback whales! Going up breathing and showing their tails as they dive back in.
They say that almost always they see whales.
Egil the guide is very friendly and informative. The ship is big and comfortable.
Highly recommended!

Familiär geführt, die wissen was sie tun, drehen das Schiff immer so das man was sieht und wissen genau wann der Wal taucht! Boot war zum Glück so gross das jeder was sehen konnte. Es gab Kakau und Kekse oder Kaffee.. Wer nur ein Handy mithat sollte gar nicht fotografieren sondern nur schauen :-) Ein ordentliches Objektiv auf der Kamera hilft da ungemein. Meines war definitiv zu klein... ist auf Landschaft und Makro ausgelegt...

מדריך נחמד מאוד. התכוננו לשייט דיי ארוך. 3 שעות על הסירות הרגילות (לא המהירות) זה דיי הרבה זמן בתנאים האלו. אין סיסה להוציא פי 2 על סירות מהירות. בסוף רואים אותו דבר

Super leuke dag op het water gehad. Bultrug walvis en pilot walvissen gezien. Kleed je warm want op de boot is het buiten super koud. Neem muts en handschoenen mee, ook al is het lekker weer! Boeken via trip adviseur was voor ons het voordeligst. En zoeken op een kortingsbonnetje en het scheelt je weer 10%

It was truly a 'one in a lifetime' experience. The team was really professional as you could see that they know what they are doing.

We saw multiple species of whales and some of them as close as few meters from the boat!

The trip begins in the city and they take you in a bus with other people to the coast, that takes like 30 minutes (same on the way back).

The price is really competitive (10,200 ISK per person) and probably the cheapest in Akureyri. You can pay either via website up front or in person.

We definitely recommend going with Keli Sea Tours jf you want to experience the best Whale Watching out there :)

PS: Free parking is available in front of the pick-up place in the city.

Estuvo bien, pero sobrevalorado. Muy caro para lo que es realmente. Si es verdad que vimos bastantes ballenas (7/8 ballenas) pero muy de lejos y apenas se les ve, solo la cola y parte de la espalda. Las fotos que te venden no son del todo reales.

Staff is very polite and the goal is whale watching even though it takes more time

Esperienza molto bella, persone molto competenti con la passione per il mare e un occhio invidiabile... abbiamo visto una megattera per 4 volte, il capitano sapeva dove sarebbe riapparsa osservando il mare... ci ha raccontato anche di come si è formato il fiordo e la geologia della zona... veramente consigliato!!!

Awesome ! Very nice family business, they take you in a bus to go to the end of the fjord, where the boat and... the whales are ! Amazing to see them that close, even if you hope that your don't bother them too much

We were lucky enough to get wonderful weather. The waters of the fjord were nice and calm and humpback whales came to visit the surface 8 times around us. The crew did all their best to keep us safe and comfortable including warm suits, some hot cocoa, coffee and coockies. Great trip even for small kids!

Fantasic experience, run by the family (boat owner) members, coffee, cookies were provided and one hell of authentic boat. during the trip we heard fantasic stories and very knowledgable captain. highly recommended.

Very well organised tour. A comfortable coach takes you (in about 20 min) to the beautiful boat where you are given waterproof suits (warm and surprisingly comfortable). Then the boat travels to the open sea where you can spot some dolphins and - of course - whales! There is a large group of whales swimming around so it is very easy to spot them and the crew makes sure everyone is happy (we stayed out there for good 30 min and saw numerous whales). The crew is super friendly and helpful. It is an amazing experience and worth every penny (or króna ????). Highly recommended!
